We have been patronizing this store now for the last 6mo. Today went shopping and everything is great until I had to use the restroom went in there and it was filthy then I checked the other restroom it was just as bad one word (DISGUSTING)

This store has the kindest people working here, the manager , blond -ish hair , can't remember her name :/,but she is always so nice and helpful , goes out of her way to share a smile and be friendly not rude. good customer service and good old fashion being nice not always easy to find. This is by far my favorite store in the area bcuz of courteous managers and staff.

I have lived in Upland for almost 20 years. This is our store! The Good The Bad and The ugly. We have had some really great employees in the past and we have had some not so great ones. The reason I got on today was because over the years they have had some less than desirable people working in the deli. So much so that we started buying prepackaged deli meat. My daughter took a liking to sandwiches once again and so I ventured back to the Deli only to find the most perfect person there. Her name is Tiffany. She is so pleasant, answers all your questions and even has some suggestions that were great. I just wanted to let you know that Tiffany is definitely a keeper. Adam was in the deli helping and he was great as well. All of the register employees and Baggers are always great. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do and especially for how you handled the ever changing rules during covid. It wasn't easy but we all did it!!

Had probably one of the worst experiences at this store. Not only do they hire just about anyone who doesn't care about their job, they also have managers on power trips. While shopping here I witnessed a manager speak so disrespectfully to another employee. The manager Leslie is so nasty and has such a poor skills as a leader, I don't even know how someone like that can be in management! Very bad shopping experience. I hope you can teach your employees how to do a better job or at least hire better people!!!

I used to shop here often enough, about twice a month or on the way home as they're conveniently placed off 210 freeway. I took my brother there one night and the manager informed him that he cannot shop at the store anymore because he stole avocados. he did not. This manager was adamant that he stole 2 avocados while paying for 2, which is quite pathetic to accuse someone of doing. I asked for footage of the incident and of course, I never got phone call back because my brother grabbed 2 avocados and paid for 2 avocados. This person shouldn't be a manager. I will not shop at this Stater Bros., or any other for that manner. I should have contacted a lawyer about this.

Sucks! People are rude and they were all communicating not to sell me a money order! I went from one stater brothers to the next and I swear the other stater brothers called not to sell me one because as soon as I left the store the person I spoke to got on the phone and they were excited. It's fuckin sad that people get excited over someone else's struggle. Update your website. It says money orders close at 9 and they close at 8!!! Your website has misinformation.

I love this store I always enjoy to shop in there but today I have a really disappoint moment when I notice it's no mask required to shop inside the store. To me it defies the purpose of living healthy life. Some people decide not to use mask and totally understand that , but when it comes to affect others is when I feel . I have to speak . I'm asthmatic and took me 6 months to get better after Covid. Pls Managers, CEO , just put the sticker in the front door and make a difference for your customers...

I've been shopping here since they opened in I want to say 1975. At least this one anyway. I can always find everything I need and more. Great flower selection, great wine & beer, and the butcher counter is always helpful! I moved away 32 years ago, but when I come home to Upland to visit family and friends, this is the only place I shop at. It's still clean! Even after almost 50 years! I love Stater Bros!! But I have a request: please bring back T@B! And Diet Rite! Thank you!

Customer service is terrible. I've had rude cashiers on more than one occasions. Some of the kids they hire are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Who hires these people? Never ends.

I like this store more than the one literally across the street from me in Montclair. Everything is great except there's never a second checker in the evenings. I went to pick up a steak for my husband and a couple of other things. Once I'm done with gathering all my items I head to check out and there's a line going down the isle. The checker apologizes for the wait but he doesn't call for a second checker. There's at least 6 people waiting and there's a key carrier facing rather then opening up. I see the people in front of me frustrated as well. It's just crazy how some managers just don't care though

I went here to do grocery shopping 3/16/21. Lancia M was my cashier and she was not very friendly. She gave me attitude throughout my checkout process. I wouldn't want to go through her line again!

It's about time we called out stater brothers for their price gouging. Come on I've noticed a definite increase in prices and my grocery bill go up 25% in this Covid season where you are selling much more! Just the extra profit you get from selling the bags from last year is incredible and don't attribute it to hero pay or gas prices. Your pricing has gone up just cause you can. It's time for the public to say that enough
