Beware of this place! I was quoted 2,500 for rebuilding the engine on my Cadillac, ended up paying over 8,000. Emad, the owner advertises credit or debit cards, but when paying, tells you only cash, machines down. My car has not ever been right. Oil leaking from sparkplugs, and all under car, oil leaking. Plus numerous exhaust leaks! Took car back, they kept it a month. This was last winter during the rains. I was assured by Emad that my car would be inside at all times after I explained car wasn't waterproof as it is a convertible. After getting it home, discovered all the floor pans with water, resulting in carpet replacement. And even though Car was filled with gas before taking it to him, it ran out of gas on way home After a few miles, same thing, leaking oil, and exhaust leaks. Took to local shop for opinion, and car was repaired with welders glue! Tried to have car repaired again at Emad's shop, and he told me, no mechanic, shop closed for two weeks, he fired his mechanics, and must rehire, will call me back etc etc. Then he wouldn't answer his phone! BBB told him to give a total refund which of course he has not, so I must now go to court! I now have my car at a third shop, with engine dismantaled, as Emad used wrong sized parts for engine which explains all the oil leaking out! A nightmare for sure!

I'm so extremely happy I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast to repair my car. I was in my first accident and rear ended a truck quite larger than my Hyundai, since there was only damage to my car I decided to take care of it out of insurance. I spent about a week requesting quotes and received 6 total. The last quote I received was from Kevin, the owner, and I'm so happy I waited before making a decision. Kevin met me near my house to take a look at my car and prepare a quote for me since I wasn't able to make it over to the shop because of my work schedule. He was honest and transparent and just made the overall process really easy and comfortable! I never know when I'm being taken advantage of by other car companies especially being a woman but I felt comfortable asking Kevin questions. The quote I received was significantly lower than the other companies and even then Kevin told me to let him know otherwise because they are open to matching. When I pointed out that other companies quoted me for additional parts Kevin let me know his philosophy is to repair rather than just replace just because it might be easier, but it's more expensive especially for a customer paying out of pocket. I paid a deposit ahead of time to order the parts so the repair time would be quicker since my car was still drivable and dropped off my car with the technician who was also very nice. My repairs took about a week which is much quicker than I expected! Kevin kept me updated with texts the entire time and even sent pictures. When there was a change in the original quote and parts, he called me to let me know which I thought was very kind. This did not come with a price increase as one part I was originally quoted for turned out to be okay so it all evened out. When my car was all fixed, Kevin even came to me to drop it off in the evening after work! I don't know many car places that come to you for the quotes & deliver your cars and I thought this was great because they really help to work around schedules. I have to admit I was hesitant to go with Kevin first because there weren't many reviews online and I couldn't find much about the company. However, they are a new company (I believe this is his second shop) and he was the only one to provide me with his license number. Before him sharing this with me, I honestly didn't even know it was a thing for auto companies to be licensed. I would 100% have my car repaired here again, although I hope I never need to! It's obvious he truly cares about his customers and takes great care of their cars as if they were his own. My car came back looking even better than it did before my accident!

This place was so great! My bumper was shorted & I needed my car by Friday & Kevin made it possible to have my car ready by Wednesday. I had trouble picking up my car early because I was at an interview in Redlands & they waited until past 7 for me to be able to pick up my car. I'd definitely recommend this place

Came here a while ago and had really great service, Jose did an excellent job on detailing my car, also made my headlights more clear, he really took his time to make sure my car was nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place it's really great everyone is super friendly and make sure your as comfortable as you can be, will be going again soon for another detail.

Very upset after backing into my Tesla Model S with my truck. Went to a body shop in Upland that was recommended to me by a good friend of mine and when the quote was EMAILED to me, quite frankly it was out rages. I was not looking for charity but I did not want to be ripped off either. I thanked them and found Coast to Coast on yelp. Had only two reviews at the time however it was convenient for me because I could drop it off on my way to work. Edith give me a quote ON THE SPOT and it was more than fair. When I picked it up a few days later I wasn't disappointed. It looks like a brand new bumper! They did a beautiful job. Already sent pictures to my friend. I'm sure he will be giving them a call. If you have work to be done and you don't speak to Edith at Coast to Coast first you are doing yourself a disservice. You will be glad you spoke too and had your work done at Coast to Coast. By the way, just dropped of my wife's BMW to have some scrapes fixed when I picked up my Tesla.

I had a great experience working with the owner, Kevin, his co-owner and the tech. He treated my car like his own and gave me a lot of information. He was honest and made sure everything came out right on my car. It wasn't a major repair thankfully, but they made me feel like a valuable customer. They were very hands on and didn't just give me generic answers like other places I reached out to. They worked with my hectic schedule and provided frequent updates. I am glad I was able to find a trustworthy business. It's hard to come by. Thanks again, Kevin!

I'm very glad I found this Coast 2 Coast Collision Center. If you find a deal online for their business, just call and ask if they can give you the same price. It was my first time here and I really been wanting to get my car detailed (cleaned) for my first baby's arrival. Tyler and Jose were extremely kind. They were obviously​ expecting me as I scheduled an appointment. They took good care of me, knowing that I am pregnant, closed the door when there was exhaust from a car so I wouldn't have to breathe​ in the fumes, offered to open the other door to get fresh air, gave me a comfy chair to sit on instead of the metal seat that they have, offered to drop me off at a coffee shop, etc. Tyler would give me updates on my car as they worked on it. They even gave me a complimentary headlight restoration​. Initially,​ I was going to get this done since I wanted my car in perfect condition with my baby on her way, but it was a more pricy so I declined it. They were very nice to include that to my service. I'm surprised​ that there are no reviews for this business. I think it​ is because they are still fairly new. I was a little skeptical to come here at first but I'm glad I did. Okay so now for the details. My car has literally​ never been washed LOL. I only wash my car when I visit my parents because my dad hates dirty cars and he will go out to get it clean inside and out. So, I'm just saying my car was a mess. But, when I do get it cleaned or clean it myself I am OCD. I can't have any steak marks on clean windows as its a pet peeve. Everything else, I don't really care for. It took them 3.5 hours to get my car detail and headlights restored. They did a wonderful job removing my shoe marks from the side of the doors! I couldn't even get it off myself and didn't really care for as I always kick the door open with my feet hahah (I'm​ pregnant, so I have an excuse). My car smelled very clean when I got into it and they cleaned out all the dust and crap that accumulated over time in the cup holders, side doors, etc. Super Clean!!! My husband also commented that my car was very clean and the headlights were like new! Okay,​ so everything was great. The only thing was the steaks on my windows. I mentioned earlier that I'm OCD with cleaned windows. My windows were extremely dirty to begin​ with. So I drove off and noticed that my windows are not completely clear/cleaned. I always have microfiber clothes in my car so while in traffic​ (complete standstill​) I went crazy wiping the side and my front area. I still need to get the other side wiped down. That is my agenda today to clean the windows again. I'm sure everyone else would be fine with it and it's​ not a big deal as my​ husband didn't even comment on it. Anyways, I absolutely​ recommend this business. I feel that they are trustworthy and really try their best to get the work done. They all work hard and everyone is so friendly here, including Kevin the owner which I only spoke with over the phone. I usually​ don't get friendly service in auto shops, possibly because I'm a female.

These people did an amazing job on my car. I had them do a complete paint job and replace my bumper. They did it quickly because they are a smaller shops. And the owners are very nice! Definitely would go back.
