A little of improvement, haven't seen that problematic guy you've recently have hired, hopefully he's gone because it wasn't just me that's noticed and had to deal with with. We will see. Another big issue for me is that I've always been able to use mobile coupons there for years without any issue and now they won't even try because their boss or someone in management told them not to accept mobile coupons and only physical paper coupons, which most coupons in this modern day don't do paper coupons just mobile coupons. Can y'all correct this? Go back to accepting mobile coupons, I'll gladly give y'all a way better rating as this is a primary reason I kept coming here

Do not shop her, this place is disgusting, the manager does not care for the health of the public as he continues to replace EXPIRED items back on the sales floor just to receive sales! And apparently the district manager MONA does not care about public health as well. I work for a third party company and this company does not care about the health of their customers but for sales and profit only. As one time the manager was "trying" to clean DUST and threw all the dust onto the top of the coffee lids and still did not replace them for cleaner ones. This is totally unsafe! People died from covid and there are workers who are covid positive int hear places.

They never have cups for the fountain drinks, tweaker hang out here and it's the only place in IE informing masks on customers.

First time here, decided to stop by since I really needed to get some gas. Got some snacks too, my dad asked the person working (Akram) if he would be able to use the restroom and was rudely told no that it doesn't work. When I asked Akram, he had the same response but was totally polite! I understand that work can be stressful but cmon how hard is it to be nice???? AKRAM HOW TF DO YOU USE THE RESTROOM?????

Never in my life have I have ever been so mistreated by a Gas Station Attendant, I just went there at 3:30pm today to find the Gas Station closed because the lady decided to take a break off the clock. She was outside with her daughter and her Grandson whom she claimed had a 103 degree favor I proceeded to ask “excuse me what's going on here?†Then her daughter went of and told “mind my fu$&ing business and that she's on her fuc@@ng break†she yelled this at my pregnant fiancé as if I should have known but yet there was no sign. I told her I'm going to let your manager know about this then she got in my face and said “let him fuc@“ng know†this place is a poor respresention of customer service I expect some sort of reprocussions for this very foul attendant!
