They have E85!!!!! ??Anyone who knows me at this gas station knows that pump #12 belongs to me. ??♀️The employees here are the best. Always in a great mood and always such good customer service.It’s the only gas station I go to in upland.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went looking for propane this morning and the lady behind the counter told me she doesn't have the key and the person with the key will not be there until 1:30. What the hell? Such a well established company and they do t supply their people with tools to do their jobs.

I've gone to this Chevron on multiple occasions, I go as it's convenient and close to my place of employment. There is an employee who's appearance is rather unprofessional, and repeatedly twice now this had happened (her name is Anna) Laughs and gossips and makes condescending remarks about people. The last time going to the establishment she didn't add gas to the proper pump. All the other employees were behaving mannerly. So there was really no reason, it's highly uncalled for and even worse she was behaving this way in front of very elderly customers in line. It isn't that hard to smile and be polite.

Don’t ever stand near this place if you’re waiting for an uber/lyft. My friend who is a regular E85 customer ordered an uber near the property after dropping off a rental vehicle nearby. Rather than standing near the dark street (Euclid Pl.) he decided to wait for his uber near the lights of the parking lot. Not even 5 minutes go by and the clerk (older blonde female) and she called Upland PD. Luckily the police understood his situation and only waited for his ride there because of the proper lighting and for safety. He felt as if he got treated as a criminal. Just FYI people.

Several times a day this place is closed with a be back in 10, 15, even 30min..sign hanging in the window.. Really who's gonna wait 30min to get gas..

Rude customer service! We pumped gas, I walked inside to ask to use the restroom and got a snide remark of "It says customers only, but whatever just go" .. Maybe if u were paying attention to ur job u would have noticed that I was a paying customer!

*Update: One of the employees is using their personal account to address my previous rating. Not changing it whatsoever. I'm not knocking all of the employees that work there, just the two idiots that were on shift when I was there. To those two: Find jobs at Burger King - you can have it your way there! Or, you can get yourself a shine box.

This store sells Black Faced dolls of POTUS (See pic) just blatantly racist putting Donald Trump as a person of color to try and make a joke of black and brown people. If you spend money here you are supporting Black face racism. Why would they have to paint his face black/brown unless they feel that this is what makes the Feces joke? The color? Really sad.

My mom & dad come here Sunday mornings for coffee and she has never stopped talking to me about the young girl who is always cleaning the coffee when she walks in. My mom tells me that the moment she saw her for the first time, she knew she was friendly and welcoming. The best part of her my mom says is she noticed her Spanish is different than others. And shows she has manners. I had to see who this girl was because I thought she was lying to me since I have never heard my mom speak good about anyone constantly so I went in this morning and sure enough, she's exactly what my mom would always say about her. I honestly don't know why she's working in a place like this, she should be working elsewhere and have her self valued for her manners.

Best employee there is Michael, swag friendly and always welcoming. Constantly, he is out cleaning up the place for the best customers to enjoy a dirty free environment. Coffee is always fresh, and stocked. I never have to ask if there's "any of this or that left" when I go. The bathrooms are clean on all of my visits and they have free purell. Great service, but even greater staff.

No crazy madness getting in or out. They cover the ground tank inlets with rubber mats so that rain water does not mix with the fuel. Won't goto a station that doesn't use them.
