I so I just actually walked out of this branch because my mom had fraud on her account and we had to reorder a new card and make updates to her account I just want to Thank Tabitha for being sooooo NICE! she truly helped my mom & I out she gave us information on how the claim status works and she was very patient she showed compassion and that means a lot her Customer Service was truly OUTSTANDING!!! I was greatful that we received her help I now feel more comfortable with my moms account after all this fraudulent activity!!! Horrible customer service came in today and the teller had limited experience we waited over 25 minutes, then kept saying she had to wait and speak to a manager and then had to confirm with another manager

I walked in to cash a chase check I had. The girl who was helping me told me she had to check if she was able to cash it because it was a high amount. I also don't bank there. Once she checked she said it was under the total amount and unfortunately she wasn't able to cash it because she's only allowed to pull $10,000 a transaction. Which I have never heard this before. I asked her if she knew any nearby locations I was able to get it cashed at and she said none nearby.

Worse customer service I've ever received by some teller Valerie but after talking to her manager Maggie I can understand why they condone this unprofessionalism. Take your business to a different branch.

I normally do not write bad reviews but I am very disappointed by this particular bank in this location. I went into this location to cash a check that is through "Chase" and I was accused of bringing them a fraudulent check, the teller literally said to me "this is not a real check". This happened today 04/09 at 2:35 pm. This was very offensive and embarrassing. I could actually hear the teller snickering to the lady next to her about my situation. Extremely unprofessional especially from such a large reputable institution. The manager came out to talk to me and basically had the same attitude. Very disappointed. Please consider re training your employees and management on proper communication.

Erik Williams the private client banker is great! He is very patient and he has great customer service. I can tell whether you have 1,000 or 100,000 he will treat you the same. He was able to help me when I was not given proper service at the OTHER Upland branch. He gave me helpful information for my future investments!

Erik, one of the private client bankers is absolutely awesome!! I can't say enough good things about him!! He's patient, kind, informative, and knowledgeable. He very kindly, answered all of my questions, no matter how uninformed they were ("what is zelle?" ).! Because of my interaction with him, I would highly recommend this bank!! Thank you Erik!!

What can I say. It's a bank. This is where I keep my money. There never seems to be enough. In all seriousness, I usually just use the drive-up ATM for this location. The outdoor ATMs are clean...for an outdoor ATM. I will say that the lighting is great. Very bright and visible from the street. Overall a good location.

This review is for BREE TURNER, your customer service was amazing but your KNOWLEDGE of your JOB goes above and beyond. I have been dealing with this cashiers check for over a week. I have dealt with branch managers in Upland and then Ontario not knowing what to do it's a damn shame. I literally get told from the branch manager Sue in Upland to go to the bank where Bree works at the Chase in the Colony and she would see me and take care of it. Well she did . She knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. She did and sent me on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH Judy

After getting married in October, it was finally time to do my official name change with my banks. The husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon and we didn't have to wait. Andrew, a Relationship Banker, assisted us and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was quick to do the name change and didn't cause any impacts to my accounts. I would highly recommend this location!

Had worst experience here, chase is really goin to the shitter I think employee name is Lauren ? She really needs an attitude adjustment .. guess my credit union can have my money
