Originally I was very happy with the repair work done here. But after only 1000 miles on my transmission repair it developed a leak, so I called them and asked if there warranty covered the diagnostic and repair of the leak. The guy laughed at me!! I was a little taken back but I said to him I understand that the repair was done over a year prior but the vehicle miles since the repair had not even reached 1k. A little perspective when I took this vehicle to them I informed the owner atthe time this was a pleasure vehicle with a lot of horse power. The repair took along time over 3 month. So back to my leak issue they left the transfer case bolts loss and after a resonadle amount of driving it started to leak. This is why I never trust mechanics. All I asked was if they could look at it and was pretty much told to F OFF. I only spend $9,000.00 Dollars on a transmission repair with a drive way warranty. Thanks guys.

The guys at Certified Transmission & Car Care saved the day. My husband was on his way from Phoenix, Arizona, to Northern California when he noticed our Chevy Tahoe was starting to run very odd. He took it first Wards service in Monrovia and was told it's definitely our transmission, but their tech is not in today. However, he could recommend a very reputable place, which he did not have to do. He gave us Certified Transmission & Car Care info and said they would be able to take care of you. When my husband got there, they took a look and said it was exactly what we thought. The torque converter went out, taking the pump with it, and sent metal shavings into my transmission. At this point, we thought the trip was over, and how do we get my truck back to Phoenix. By some miracle, they HAD MY TRANSMISSION ON HAND! We were destined to be here at this shop. They started the work at 11am and finished a little after 530pm. We are so grateful for everyone involved. Yes, it may have been an expensive fix, but it was also a great experience dealing with everyone at Certified Transmission & Car Care. BIG THANK YOU FOR HELPING US! Absolutely highly recommended!

Remac Transmission is the goto place for transmission work. I brought in a truck for a rebuild 9am, they had the trans rebuilt and done for me to pick up the following morning. These guys know their stuff. Every experience I've had with them is top notch. Thanks Bob! Typically at a dealer you'd pay more and have to wait over a week.Service: Transmission

Brought my truck here with a recommendation from a friend. My transmission went out and needless to say they fixed it and I couldn't be happier! I dropped it off on a Wednesday and I got it back Friday afternoon. They kept me in the loop the whole time. As well as told me about some small problems I had, and they took care of it quickly and at an extremely fair price. I couldn't be happier. I appreciate Leo and his team and I will bring my truck back here if I ever need service again.

I've taken my truck (Chevy 2500 diesel with an Allison transmission) here twice. First time they replaced my rear limited slip differential after I broke it being a little to hard on it. They ended up putting a posi rear end and regearing the truck. Recently my truck started shifting erratic and then got stuck in 3rd gear. I talked to a couple shops because not many work on the Allison transmission. After talking with Certified, I was confident they knew what they were talking about. Had it towed to the shop on a Thursday and they got right on it. Bob kept me up to speed every step of the way. Called me end of day Friday and said they were almost done but they needed to finish on Monday. Monday morning Bob calls and says the truck is done. Picked it up and she runs like new! Thanks again Certified!
