Overpriced and poor customer service! I paid for peonies in my wedding . Two days before the wedding I show up to make a final payment and I'm told "by the way we couldn't get your peonies so we're using roses instead ok " . I'm also given an eye roll for requesting a rustic theme at the time of planning lol ! didn't appreciate the demeanor /customer service. They would have received a 20% tip at minimum as I gave to the other vendors but..... after their service, no gracias ! This was for my wedding sometime ago..

It saddens me to even write this review because I know they are retiring soon. But if you are getting married soon, I suggest you use Carol's Secret Garden ASAP!! Not only are the flowers amazing, but they will honestly make your wedding look beautiful with any budget. They have been in business for a LONG time and their work shows it. They simply have a knack for knowing what is elegant and beautiful. My wedding guests were astounded by the beauty!

For those of you shopping around; you don't have to shop around once you meet Carol. She is great at what she does and her experience excels any other. We had a wedding event planned and arranged with Carol, we met with her many times, and each time was relieving and assuring. Thank you Carol for all of you help and you deserve much more stars than what YELP allows us to give you!!!! Wish you all the best!!!

Suzanne is the absolute best! My wedding day flowers were absolutely stunning! I didn't go into my appointment with any specifics in mind other than ivory flowers and lots of greenery and they hit it out of the park. Suzanne was also very detailed and so sweet during the entire process. Also, the flowers themselves were gorgeous and last allll day long! When my husband and I returned from our honeymoon (over a week later) a lot of our family members still had pristine centerpieces on display. I could go on and on about how perfect they made everything. I had multiple last many changes and they were very accommodating. Although refunds are not available if there are changes they have no problem allocating flowers elsewhere if needed. I ended up making my bouquet bigger and adding a floral piece to my mirrored seating chart (which was fabulous). This was definitely not my last time using Carol's Secret Garden for my floral needs. I will continue to use them as long as they continue to provide the service that I received! (p.s. I will add pictures to this post soon!)

This review has been long overdue. My husband & I got married at Padua Hills Theatre on April 22, 2018. Padua Hills Theatre recommended Carol's Secret Garden as the florist. They have done so many weddings at Padua Hills Theater, so we decided to go with them. We saw their work from previous weddings & we loved it. We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne. She's amazing. She made sure my vision came to life. The floral arrangements for the terrace arch ceremony & reception was so elegant & breathtakingly gorgeous. The boutonniere for my husband, groomsmen, our parents, & principal sponsors & ring bearer & sign bearer were so beautiful. The flower girls basket was pretty. My flower bouquet was cascade with roses & orchids. It was stunning & big. My husband said that my bouquet was so big, heavy & beautiful. He said he never seen any bride with my style bouquet that big. So unique & gorgeous. My bridesmaids bouquet were beautiful. Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous with orchid flowers from the top going down to the side. We received so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. Throughout my wedding process & planning Carol's Secret Garden was always there to answer all my questions & made sure I was a happy bride & my husband a happy groom. Thank you for helping us & making our wedding process run smoothly. Thank you to Carol's Secret Garden for being a part of our wedding journey. Our wedding fairytale dream came true that day!! Where do I start with this florist?! They truly are phenomenal! My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago at Padua Hills Theater and were so thankful we hired Carols Secret Garden. Their arrangements for our gazebo and centerpieces were unbelievably gorgeous! So many beautiful fresh flowers! Their customer service is awesome and they truly ended up feeling like family - so easy to work with! We had one small hiccup with the type of chandelier the day of the wedding, but Carol was right there and fixed it so quickly, no questions asked. We sincerely appreciated their kindness and professionalism and highly recommend them for any floral needs!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne and she's awesome. She helped me create my vision, offered great suggestions and then exceeded my expectations the day of. I chose them because they are Padua's preferred florist but they went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. I love the colors and their florals set the tone for a magical evening. I will definitely be using them again. Carol & Barry are sweethearts and deserve 5 Stars!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

My daughter married this past Saturday at Padua Hills Theater, and to my amazement Carol and her masterful team of florists created an ambience of enchantment and awe. Their floral artistry was absolutely stunning, beyond belief. I expected simple elegance. Carol gave her all! Sheer perfection! She layered magistic beauty on top of a gorgeous picturesque venue to create a magical celebration. My guests and I were truly amazed! Thank you immensely team Carol from Carol's Secret Garden! You were and are worth every penny!

We hired Carol's Secret Garden for our wedding at Padua Hills and couldn't be happier with how amazing Carole and her team were. They were professional, kind, and took the time to get to know my fiancé and I so that they could create beautiful floral arrangements that perfectly complemented the look of the wedding. Our guests could not stop talking about how picture-perfect the flowers were and how beautifully decorated the ceremony space was. Carole was patient with us and helped guide us along the way. On the day of the wedding, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Carole and her team came to the venue early, set everything up, and took it down at the end of the night, without us even knowing they were there. If you have a wedding or event coming up, do yourselves a favor and hire Carole's Secret Garden!!

USE CAROL'S! Her and her team are truly the best at what they do. I got married at Padua Hills Theater on May 11, 2018. Carol saw my vision and knew exactly how I wanted my ceremony and venue to look. My jaw dropped when I saw my vision come to life. I believe the flowers are one of the most important details of a wedding. Flowers are what brings your wedding to life, and what your guest first notice when they come into the room. I highly recommend Carol and her team, they are very professional and flexible. Carol will go above and beyond to deliver the most elegant flower arrangements for your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

We were referred by my husbands cousin to use Carol's Secret Garden for our flowers and we are very happy that we used this florist! My husband and I got married a few weeks ago and when I met with Suzanne she helped me put together exactly what I had in my mind. Suzanne was able to accommodate to our needs and budget and provided us with a wonderful service. We met a few times to look at pictures and talk about ideas and each time Suzanne made the vision come more to life. The day of the wedding was beautiful! We only chose to have flowers at our ceremony and not in the reception area. The archway was beautifully done-they went above and beyond our expectations. Our archway was covered with tool and a greenery with an assortment of red roses (it was exactly what we wanted). They also put together two big arrangements of the same flowers and greenery in two large urns on both sides of the archway and it looked beautiful! The vision came to life! The bridesmaids bouquets, grandmothers bouquets and the boutonnieres were perfect! Everything came together perfectly and we are so blessed to have had this florist do our wedding! I highly recommend them as they are professional, work hard and provide you with a service that makes your ideas come to life!

Carol's Secret Garden just did our daughter's wedding last month ( Jan 2017) and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Every detail was noted and Carol listened and did everything we wanted and more!! We met a few times, and they listened to all our ideas and requests and delivered. The bride and bridesmaids bouquets were stunning. The corsages and boutineers were equally beautiful. The table centerpieces were perfect!!! The cake decorations were just as we wanted!! I can't say one thing I would have done differently. Also, the beautifully decorated lanterns and all the flowers photographed beautifully in the wedding pictures. The topper,, they are so nice and lovely to work with!! Would definitely use them again for the next wedding.
