I have been working with Lance from California Digital for 15 years. He has always been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. From direct sales, to leases and ongoing support I would highly recommend them. I really don't like printers so having a trustworthy resource that takes care of our business needs is a weight off my shoulders.

I have experienced excellent customer service with California Digital Systems for the past 6 years. I own and operate 2 preschools. The technicians are helpful and prompt. Many issues I encounter they are able to troubleshoot over the phone with me. When they do need to come out, their response time is impressive. Printing and copying are daily tasks in my office. I will continue to work with California Digital because they have proved to be knowledgeable, reliable, and consistent.

I cannot recommend them high enough. We have been with California Digital for 14 years and have never considered looking anywhere else for our printing support. They make sure our machines are always supplied and functioning properly. They are very prompt to provide service when it is necessary to bring our equipment up to proper performance. Had to call for some technical support for our company printer. Jesse was a massive help for me, he took his time explaining every step over the phone to help me trouble shoot my problem. We ended up resolving the issue. Even though this was a 10+ minute phone call, his customer service held strong, he didn't sound annoyed or frustrated even though we had to repeat steps. We truly appreciate the great service that we received.

This company saved us about 2 months ago. Our business printer was not printing & that alone could cripple our daily business so I called 2 places and California Digital was the 2nd place I called. Spoke to Jesse and he save the day, the month and now ongoing business. He listened to my problem, suggested a generous solution of loaning us a printer, he delivered it that day and now we have a business relationship with an all inclusive contract of a new printer. Jesse is our guy that we call with any issue (only replacing ink & "how to's" so far).TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE and very easy communication with this company. Finally! A full service sales and support company for my integrated printing, fax and photocopier needs. I struggled for many years with other providers before finding reliable and quality service with California Digital Systems in 2017. The Ricoh products that they provide have been perfect.
