Every time I go into Burlington, I am a regular customer there I met the guy Jerome not too long ago, he’s a big help but the lady Peaches that works there. She’s awesome with her long colorful nails she will point you in the right direction and will help you out best she can. She’s amazing woman and I just noticed lately I haven’t seen her even though my review is late, Jerome and Peaches thank you guys For having amazing customer service to your customer, you guys is awesome if it was left up to me I will leave you guys 20 stars.Peaches maybe you about 100 because you be on it and go out of your way I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot ?

I came in around noon to pick up some toys for my nephew with my sister.
I had seen two burlington employees and i asked if the ladies room is open,
I was answered back “ No”,
I walked to see if it was true ,
and restrooms are not allowed to the public only EMPLOYEES
Tell me that isn’t jacked up
It’s appalling
that management thinks it’s funny to deny access to paying customers.
This is a violation of basic human rights
it’s incredible how Management doesn’t provide access to bathrooms
i had to use ladies room really bad and my sibling and i ended up leaving.
I will be reporting to BBB

I’ve shopped at this store since 2019 and loved it ever since. Yes, it has been through a lot of changes over the years, but it’s still a great store. Store policy is across the board at all stores especially when thief is at a all time high. I can’t blame them for closing the restrooms. I’ve seen so many people stealing in the bathroom. Leslie, Rebecca are always so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond all the time. Alejandra is a great store manager.

Came today to do some shopping and the worker there said the restroom isn't allowed for public use and I'm like a shopper that's going to buy things at your store. I left and won't be coming back

This store yesterday I went shopping with my wife my wife is disabled I drove 50 minutes to go to that store and when we paid the employee was very rude because My wife I put towels on her back and shoulders because she can't stand up well and the employee asked if they were from the store I said they are not from us and he was talking on the radio reporting the towels anyway I spent more than 100 dollars there and I bought two pants for myself and the surprise when I got home I realized They charged me for two Pantones and they only put one in my bag. I think what they did was very disrespectful because they didn't tell us anything when we left the store, but when I saw the guy of the day, they probably stole from us, the employee said. They bring the towels but I keep the pants and they charged me. I'm seriously thinking about filing a lawsuit against that store for discrimination against my wife.

We will never shop here again, people here are racist and rude (they allowed other people use it, unbelievable)!!!. The Manager was so unprofessional arguing about not allowing my 5 year old use the restroom when we had a full cart full of stuff to shop around. At other stores they unlock the restroom for customers, it was an emergency for my kid. This attitude is unacceptable and unhuman. Terrible!
