I love shopping at Burlington! You always find great deals. And now when you register your phone number with them, the return or exchange got much easier! You dont have to keep your paper receipt anymore. You get a copy on your email as well.

I love the store but yeah they don’t have a restroom available and my 5 year old was screaming he had to use the restroom so it cuts my trip short.

Very organized,you can actually find what you're looking for in the area where it's supposed to be. Fitting room and restrooms available. No long waiting lines.

Was shopping for the family for about 2 hrs!!!!! Went to try on some things, but needed to use the restroom and they will not allow paying customers to use the restrooms!!!!
I left all the stuff in the basket! This is inhumane

Every time I go into Burlington, I am a regular customer there I met the guy Jerome not too long ago, he’s a big help but the lady Peaches that works there. She’s awesome with her long colorful nails she will point you in the right direction and will help you out best she can. She’s amazing woman and I just noticed lately I haven’t seen her even though my review is late, Jerome and Peaches thank you guys For having amazing customer service to your customer, you guys is awesome if it was left up to me I will leave you guys 20 stars.Peaches maybe you about 100 because you be on it and go out of your way I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot ?
