“I have a new 2021 Ford Explorer that I left the hatch up and then went to close the garage door. When I noticed what I had done I hit the garage door opener again but it was to late. I had a nice gash and dent. Went over and talked to Alfredo and he told me to get a hold of my insurance and then when he got the proper paperwork he would start to work on it. He had it done in less than a week and you can't tell where the gash was. This may be a small shop but I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants their vehicle done right. Alfredo is super nice and doesn't take forever to get the work done.”

“I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“Green Tech did an amazing job on my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. 5 stars all the way. I appreciated their attention to detail and use of OEM parts. They had an issue getting my rear bumper from the manufacturer due to shipping errors, and damaged parts. They checked every part before they installed to make sure there were no issues to ensure a high quality job. My car has never looked better.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about Infinity Star Auto Body!! Super helpful people who gave us great service... I had a piece of trim that had come loose and they gave me the option of replacing it themselves, having them do a plastic weld, or even having me to the plastic weld, which would obviously be the cheapest option. He even advised me on where to go, what to get, and where/how to apply it to the trim. No charge for his advice and time, I followed his instructions, and it looks like new!! You don't often find this kind of honesty, especially in this industry!!”

“On New Year's Eve, my wife (this is her Yelp account) and I were on a holiday trip from our home in Palm Desert to visit relatives in Los Angeles, when our 1984 VW camper van began overheating due to a coolant leak. After calling my brother to apprise him of our trouble, he referred me to "Rocky" at Cobra, as my brother used to deliver auto parts around the Southern California area and he told me he knew Rocky, who runs the shop, to be an honest guy and a straight shooter. Well, I called Rocky and he was willing to help out an out-of-towner in a difficult situation. After listening to me describe the problem, he took time on the phone to give me advice on how to get the van back on the road without over-heating the engine, and told me he would take a look at it despite the late hour on New Year's Eve. We followed his advice and got back on the road, and fortunately we made it to our relative's safely that evening without having to stop for more substantial repairs. What was really impressive is that Rocky called me back, hours later, to see how we were doing, and offered to fix the problem on New Year's Day if I needed him to do so! Well, with extra coolant and care, we made it back home in our old van and were able to take it to our regular mechanic out here in the desert, but I will always be grateful for the time Rocky spent on the phone with me, for his helpful advice, and for his willingness to assist a traveler he had never met who was in a tight spot. It is really nice to know that good mechanics who are also good people are out there when you need them. Thank you for your time Rocky, and thank you for your kindness to strangers who needed your help to get back on the road. Tom C.”
