If I could give no stars, I would. First time customer he didn't tell me the price. I brought in 4 items The price was $57.80. I'm new to the neighborhood so I thought I'd use a local business. When I told him it was very expensive. He said the price of everything has gone up. No apology no compassion for my situation or me being shocked about that. I wouldn't recommend it.

This place does such a great job I don't know why all the bad reviews. I gave this place a shot because it was close to my job. It turned out great. They are meticulous and put a lot of care into the placement of the pins they use to prevent damage. I have since switched jobs but still go out of my way to come here.

Great service for laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations. No issues in 2 years of using them.

Great place! Not sure why there are such negative reviews. This place is very good at what they do. I have all my husband's suits dry cleaned here, and never had a bad experience

Had takin in a dry clean only women's top that had mild staining on the sleeve asks if they could remove them I come back to pick up and find the staining was gone but there was a new little round circle stain on it that wasn't there before I dropped it off when I asked about they had no logical answer on top of that a loose piece of material attached to the top was untied so they could properly press the top which was fine but when that piece of material was flattened out against the front of the top it left deep indentations in the shape of the material on the front of the top so when it is tied you all these pressing lines on the front which obviously looked tacky so I requested that they fix it and with no sense of remorse or apologetic attitude what so ever she fixed it but acted like I was inconveniencing her by having her fix her mistake. When I came back to pick it up it was pressed like it was supposed to be but I walked out of there with not so much as a sorry for the mistake or thank you for your business so with all that being said I will not be taking my business there ever again these places are a dime a dozen and these people have failed to realize that.
