I love when I can swing by this B&BW!!! The location is so easy and convenient! The staff here is always helpful even when there’s a huge sale. I can always find someone to ask for help and checkout is never more than a minute.

The manager is rude and knows nothing about customer service. She is mean and I over heard her talking down to one of the associates there. I have never met someone so rude and manipulative. She needs to get fired.

Had the worst customer service the other day! One "manager" had no experience another was old and grumpy while trying not to honor BATH AND BODY WORKS actual promotions and app rewards!! I have never had a bad experience all these years but that left a unpleasant feeling walking out. I will more likely go to the Rancho location or the Mills...I think they need to bring more seasoned experienced personnel to help or teach this location?

This location is on my home with easy access to the freeway. They seem to consistently be out of some items (lip tint), and of course the prices have gone up, so it's advisable to look for deals and coupons.

Disappointed by service today. There were many employees and they were so busy talkimg to each other and stocking store they barely noticed I was there and seemed bothered when I interrupted their conversations.

Love this location my 1st time in the particular location today but staff was friendly nice & funny ? the displays were supppper cute ? and I will definitely make this one of my go to locations!!
