I wanted to surprise my husband for his first birthday year to be able to spend with our son together so I wanted to do a video game theme. I placed the order online of 1/3 sheet that serves 8-12 people 6" x 8" Oreo Cookies 'n Cream with chocolate cake flavor that was $39.99. I end up calling to see if they can add a simple video controller on to the cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. She said they will try there best to and the fee would be $5.00, but to add that note when you make the purchase online.s. I wouldn't think it'll be that hard to do a simple video controller and if it was too costly I wouldn't pay for the design. Also, I didn't want fondant on the cake since that tastes nasty so I ask them to do a simple design on it. Upon arrival, the staff showed me the cake and it came out super adorable. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff did advise me to put it in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before serving. After the birthday event, my husband and guests all loved the cake. They thought it was super cute as well as it was delicious. I would definitely come here again to buy for future party events.

Came here with my husband on Tuesday sometime in early afternoon. One worker greeted us and she was mopping. She kept asking what I wanted, didn't seem to be very patience. She kept mopping while mumbling then went behind counter, washed her hand 3 seconds without soap!!!!!!! I didn't want to get crazy while deep inside I was cringy all over my body and my husband almost laugh at me. If there wasn't any other customers sitting there, I would really say something. I didn't want to make a scene so I bought a scoop and ended up dump it outside. My husband knew how it is irritating me since I work in public health too. I cannot imagine!! Pls do not come to this place. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered a custom birthday cake from this location and was very pleased. I was able to order over the phone and the cake designer (Kristy) was very responsive and accommodating. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely order a cake from this location again.

4 stars for effort because the vibe was welcoming and the employee was nice, but this is not how I remember Baskin Robins layered Sundaes. I was given 3 baby scoops of ice cream with light toppings. Pretty underwhelming for almost 9$. Cup felt a little light and wasn't full. The single scoop rainbow sherbet was good though.

I suggest asking for ice cream to go with your whip cream and toppings when ordering a sundae. I didn't pay attention to the actual scooping. I should have. I'll stick to Handel's.

I love Baskin Robbins but this location will rob you of what you pay for. They give you smaller portions for everything. Then will charge you for "extras"when it comes with the order. I recommend going to ANY other BR location. Not this one. Trust me!

The staff at this Baskin Robbins is probably the best customer service I've had. They were very attentive and made several recommendations for a cake we purchased, will come back for sure.

Went in for a free birthday scoop of ice cream, my local one closed and I didn't know about this one until I got the coupon. After the way I was treated I won't be back. I wasn't trying to rip you off lady, I had a legit coupon and was new to your store. Instead of being welcomed I felt like a burden. I'll keep looking for a place for my family to eat ice cream

I ordered my birthday cake here and everything was perfect, I had put a custom picture on it. Super cute and done on time but the flavor of the cake was wrong. Double checked to make sure that I ordered chocolate and the cake was done with vanilla cake. No way of knowing until the cake was being cut.
