I have never been treated so horrible. The customer service is absolutely a joke. The lady had such an attitude. She was throwing stuff around all upset. I went in on Oct 19, 23. Makes me wonder about the management here.

The customer service at this branch is despicable. The staff is rude, condescending, and self-righteous. This branch deserves less than a 1 star, which is the only option. Closing our accounts and moving on.

My BofA card was not working to open the door into the ATM foyer. A tall skinny male employee saw me waving at him and just kept going. I knocked, and still got ignored. If I had another branch nearby, I would not return to this one.

UPDATE to my 1 star review...I received a call from the branch supervisor within an hour of my review posting! She assisted & took care of my needs with great customer service. Thank you.WORST customer service ever! Why? No one answers the phone and they don't call you back! I left a message with Ms. Garcia, Relationship Manager at this Campus Avenue Upland location. She gave me her business card to call her directly because no one answers the branch phone. She didn't call me back ... 4 days now, no call back. I am a preferred platinum honors member because we opened 3 trust accounts with my mom's estate money when we sold her home. It was recommended by my siblings. I never had BofA before. I'm a Chase customer. NEVER WILL OPEN ANOTHER BofA account. NEVER EVER!

This location should just close. Very limited hours. I walked in today and a teller wouldn’t be available for another 20 minutes. What a waste of time. Extremely inconvenient for their customers.

Atm broken , counter only have 1 person. What is the point of a big bank if they can't hired people to work? Just close the damn shop and offer online or just close the damn store so people will go to one that is properly staffed

They are under staffed, rude, and get their information mixed up. I’d drive further to go somewhere else.

As of today, Jan 27 2022 - they are indefinitely closed. You can still use the ATMs. They have been closed for weeks now. Google Maps still shows their regular business hours, though, as of today.

Do not use the ATM machines at this location. I believe there's a skimming device on one of them, namely the drive up one. I had 3 grand taken from my account and no one answers the phone. I tried to call the manager to notify them since this went on several days. I filed a police report, but I'm still getting nowhere. Why can't someone answer the phone? I've already called BOA to cancel the card and send a new one, but I wanted to inform the branch of this activity. Finally, after several attempts I speak to an employee and warn them about their ATM and his reply? "Oh, yeah...we've known about this for a week and a half now." Excuse me? If you know this is happening at your bank then why didn't you stop it after the first report of fraud? This is just ridiculous. The police said they got several reports of the same thing from other people. Don't use this bank, it's not worth the risk and the employees don't care to do anything about it.

This is my local branch and there has been a sign at the door saying they are temporarily closed and only the ATMs are available. I see the American flag is no longer being displayed at this branch, I wonder if they are closing this for good or selling the building. But I tried calling the local phone # and no one answers. Terrible customer service and NO FLAG at the building,
