“I've only been to this Wells Fargo Bank in Upland maybe once or twice. It's really not on my way to my Mom's house or on my way home. But if I happen to be in the vicinity and I need to get some banking transactions taken care of, then I'll drop in.Anyway, it's a decent size bank. Not too many bank tellers available when I was here. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry to get some place otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I normally don't walk into a bank to get stuff done unless I have to. I prefer to use the ATM... it's just more convenient. Staff was okay. Transaction was smooth.Don't know when I'll be back again. There weren't long lines, but I was standing in the lobby with a lost look. Christopher saw me and came out to ask what I needed. I explained, and he spend about 20 minutes helping me unravel it -- successfully. Best customer service I've had at a bank in ages.”
