This repair shop sign says fleet service.They are open Saturdays so I took my car in. My car had a check engine light problem. I was unable to pass smog with this light on. Took my car to the dealership and the bill came out over $2500 and the light came back after 2 weeks. Took it back to the dealership and charged me another $2500. One week later the light came back and the same code made me upset. Tried this shop and I got a call after only 2 hours with the reason the light kept coming back. The repairs took 3 days but the bill was under $500.My car passed smog and one month later engine light has not returned.My recommendation:This shop is very busy because the mechanics really know their stuff. If you don't mind the wait, the money you save will make the repair worth the wait.

I am the Warranty Manager and Technical Support Specialist for a body company on the east coast. Through one of my fleet customers, I became acquainted with VOW and have been pleased every step of the way. Christina is my contact for setting up appointments and submitting/receiving paperwork and she is great to work with. The service team does a fantastic job and my fleet customers are always pleased with the job performance on each unit that has gone to VOW. I personally recommend this shop (ALL THE WAY FROM NC) for any of your local or semi-local needs!!!!

This is a top notch repair shop, not only are there mechanics ASE certified, they do the job correctly. And you know, I've been wanting to leave a review, 2 1/2 years ago I had stage 4 cancer, I also had a green van that needed front-end work, and since I could no longer do mechanics, I brought it to VOW, and told them to just replace the most important stuff and I was doing bad financially, when I picked up tge van, they told me tge just rebuild the whole frontend....at no charge to me and told me we hope tgat helps you out, go kick cancers butt. I can't say enough good things about this shop!

Very bad service. We were talked in to having a rebuilt motor put in, not 400 miles later the engine was bad and theybsaid they were replacing it with a new not used now. We had to pay for labor still even though it was their motors problem. Since then the check engine light came back on 3 times every time they found a "new problem" that for some reason wasent covered in the 100000 mile warranty. For some reason injectors, and timing chain covers aren't part of the engine warranty even though they built it and assembled it. So now nearly 10k with this shop and 100 miles and a check engine light is on again. Bad customer service, worse staff, and just too many issues with a motor they put in. J&r is just around the corner from them save your self the time and money and go there. Best place I've ever been.

This shop will mess your car up they blew my motor they did not put the right amount of oil in after a oil change and shop workers are on drugs :)
