I always have a good experience with this store but today I needed new windshield wipers on a really cold rainy night and Omar not only helped me pick the best windshield wipers but put them on for me in the rain and I really appreciate that extra help. This store will always be my go to.

What’s the point in having store hours listed if the doors are locked BEFORE closing time? And the employees stand behind the cash register ignoring you.

I was walking into the store today at around 10:30am,cheerfully, but working out being so disappointed,because the staffs at this UPLAND location are rude with no courtesy to customers,and reluctant to help. Then I thought my impression might be incorrect,so I read there review and my experience was almost as same as what written by one of customers:"Customer service here is horrible and a reflection of management or lack thereof........ ”There were 6-7 employees behind counter,"but only one was taking care of a line of customers"."The others were just mouth breathers....." ,with no willingness to help."Avoid this auto zone you’ve been warned."My story:there were two employees chatting to each other. They split when I was approaching to them. I tried to talk the first lady, she did not even look at me but just walked away. A second chatter was also rude too.....I wonder why they got four plus stars,but I now understand better as to why they got 4+ stars. For the recent 20 reviews, there are so many of them having one star. They had a set of very good reviews long long times ago, but too many one star recently

Worst customer service from Mario cashier had me waiting while he was talking to a co worker told me rudely can you come over here instead of telling the customer my register over there is not active can you please move to this one

Husband called and asked if you had Honda key fob batteries and if you could put the new battery in. He was told that you carried them and that they could replace the battery. We went over and the salesman tried to change the battery and ended up with the key fob in small pieces all over the counter. He said he guessed he couldn't change it and put all of the little pieces in a plastic bag and handed it back to us. We took it to Penske Honda and they worked on the mess for an hour and finally were able to put the mess back together again. Needless to say we will never go to AutoZone for anything in the future. What a mess!

My first time at a Autozone. My husband usual does my car maintenance. But I figure, I can try. Needed a replacement for car head light. Also rear windshield wiper. Omar greeted me professionally and very friendly. I was a little nervous waking in not knowing what to ask for. He was very patient and explain the different brands options I had for my car. He also offered to replace it. I couldn't be more thankful. Greatly appreciated!!

Getting there: From the 210 fwy, take a right onto Mountain and you'll see it on your left next to the Pep Boys. Parking is easy to access in front and around the building. Experience: I had a tail light out on my car, and knowing it was a relatively simple fix, I decided to swing by this AutoZone. The memorable moment was when I asked one of the employees for assistance in confirming which tail light needed replacing. Not only did he help solve the issue, but he also guided me to the exact materials I needed to make the repair. The excellent customer service, combined with their organized inventory, made this trip an easy one.

Idk if this is just how the Company Runs things but We came in with a battery issue and one of your associates Helped us out. Her tag read Carol B... she was just the sweetest! I was worried that my battery wasnt the issue so she check our Battery with her little machine and even offered to check our system to make sure it wasnt something else. Helped us find a good sized battery some oil and even some wind sheild wipers wed been needing and even came outside to help up change the battery 10/10 guys the service was phenomonal!!
