We kept sending it in and it wasn't the right thing or it wasn't good enough. They ended up charging my daughter 4,000 to her loan for not having proof of insurance. “Not sure what all the negative fuss is about, I had an excellent experience here. I was looking for a TSA site that could process me for a Hazmat endorsement on my CDL. The federal website pointed me here so I filled out a pre-screening form online and made an appointment for the following morning at 9:20am on the federal website. My Appointment was honored as expected, I brought my birth certificate and CDL as requested along with a payment of $85. I was in and out within twenty minutes, very straight forward. I was told it may take up to 60 days to get approved for the background check. Unbelievably, mine was cleared later that same day. However, I am a previous Hazmat holder and previous TWIC holder so that maybe the reason it was expedited. YMMV. Will be back with out a doubt so long as I'm in the area.”
