I Tripped and fell on the Rugs that they have over the gas storage in ground on 1/3/2024 around 2:pm. Told the clerk inside she said they had no incident reports tp fill out only had Camera and she would tell Mgr when they came in tomorrow. She did not help me. Had to call an ambulance myself took about 45 min to be seen. No one came out to fill out a report nothing. Was told manager would be in on 1/4/2024 if I want to come back inSpent 5 hours in ER. Home unable to walk but cant get a hold of any one at location . Called Corp. Only was able to leave a msg.

Please be aware when paying with any card even if you have a debit card if you pay at the pump with a card it is going to run it as a **credit transaction** instead of a debit, it even asks if you want to run it as credit if you click no it automatically declines the transaction and you have to start all over again and then it still runs it as a credit transaction if you start over transactionthey are most likely tricking you by showing you the lower price on the signbut when you're paying out the pump most people don't pay attention to that & get chared as credit ** I told the cashier this and he told me that all the machines on the pump run transactions as credit** 9/18/23Ive pump gas here twice in the last week & have noticed that when trying to pay at the pump

On the date 08/25/2023Transaction id 492291There was suspicious person'sBut dealing we my problems i still pump fuelI fill up and pump click off ok i try topping it of some cents to complete even amount no fuel on my pump coming out i was still blind it on going after that my visa card was charge $716.89 please be aware and if the store looks at that id and video and checks the people and help others
