“On Friday Dec. 1st I stopped to look for and buy lithium batteries. Could not find AA lithium on the kiosk so I asked a male cashier who was standing around outside of his work station and his replay to me was "if you don't see it we don't have it" and walked away! I was totally caught off guard by his rudeness, as I was leaving and passing the work station next to his station, Cashier Olay asked if I found every thing ok and i explained my situation which she said " yes we have them " and took me to the kiosk grabbed the lithium batteries and apologized for her coworkers rudeness !!!! Now that's what I call 5 Star Service form a great Home Depot employee. Thank You Cashier Olay Don R.”

“I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????. Woohoo ?? good job Tom, definitely recommend this store”

“All Air Masters did a great install of a one room mini split for us. Frank and his team were very professional and communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. The installers worked clean and the finished install was neat inside and out. Highly recommend!”
