I walked in straight after work and asked the gal at the front desk. If I can get my eyelashes removed she said yes to be there at five. I left to shower and came back. There was a new gal at the desk that let me know that it would be around 510 not a problem. I told her OK well I spoke with the gal earlier and she let me know that that I lost removal was free And I said I don’t have time to book an appointment for my new set of eyelashes. I’m new but I will be booking it soon. she said sorry the gal in the front misinformed you just to remove your eyelashes which mind you I have a very natural set. They’re pieced out. They’re not full at all and also need redone so maybe they would have to pull out just a couple they informed me it was $50. She also was very rude, I will not be going back. I wanted to throw this out there because anyone that’s able just to go pay $50 just to remove a couple eyelashes. I absolutely think that is absurd very excessive. Good luck amazing lash studio.

I’ve seen a few different stylists depending on my schedule. Kiara and Mackenna are both great and always do right by me. I am very happy with my lashes and I would total recommend.

I have been getting my lashes here for a while now, I’m very happy with their service, everyone here is nice & professional, the ladies are always respectful & understanding. Ive had the opportunity to meet most of the ladies there because my schedule varies and it’s difficult to book with the same esthetician all the time, they always find an appointment for me and I’m always pleased with the results, currently SUSY has been the esthetician that has been doing my lashes & she is great! The results are amazing & she is very professional, I love that they always have a blanket for me when I go to my appointments because the rooms are a bit cold, I definitely recommend this place, if you want to get your lashes exactly how you want them try SUSY ☺️ if quality is your thing then this is the right place for you.

I went to this location for the first time yesterday and it was GREAT!!! I had Emily and she was super sweet and professional and made the experience very relaxing. I will definitely be back every 2 weeks :)

What an amazing experience I had! lol! I came in to get a full set with Emily. I seriously love my lashes!! Emily was very professional and I felt she listened to my needs and concerns. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my lashes and it was a breath of fresh air to not have to worry that I would have what I wanted. I've tried other lash studios and I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience I've had. Emily is an asset to Amazing Lash and I will tell everyone I know to come see her!

I had a membership and was a regular here for years and was very happy. However, over the past few years, my experiences got worse and worse. They upcharge for everything and don't tell you the extra costs up front, and then use the high costs to try to pressure you into the membership. What really made me stop coming here was the service. The stylists had become more and more unfriendly, and my last few visits even the receptionists were rude. I recently returned after a year away and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted (even though I knew exactly from being a previous customer) and the receptionist got really unfriendly as soon as I said I didn't want the membership. I ended up needing to get my lashes redone for the look I wanted and had to pay twice. They bribe customers for good reviews with discounts to mask the price gauging and poor service.

Horrible Horrible Experience at Upland location. I was a regular client for the past year and a half. I also was doing the auto monthly deduction. Traveling over 30 miles bi weekly to see my master stylist. I arrive to my scheduled appointment and was then told my stylist quit. I waited 15 min to be told another stylist could take me. She completes my lashes n says, "sorry i didn't have enough time to make them full". I say OK... go to cashier, pay even though I'm unsatisfied. I was offered no appoligize or discount. I ask to cancel my monthly subscription because I'm NEVER coming back. I sign the form AND guess what? YES!! they still deducted $160 from my account. I call... there's no manager on duty to correct this...but an email was sent to refund me hopefully by Monday. I will NEVER be going back to any of there location nor will I refer anyone. Very POOR business.
