Jorge is amazing and so is everyone at the front desk! Jorge did an incredible job at making my pup feel comfortable, clean, and look adorable as ever!! They ask for vet records of vaccination, and take into consideration all of your doggos needs, so you can ensure your pup is going to a very safe and health conscientious place!! My dog came calm, happy, and feeling like his usual self which is always a green flag for me! My forever grooming place! Special Thanks Jorge!!!

First time experience here was great. My large German Shepherd is anxious and freaks out when walking into a vet's facility or grooming shop. He was shaking when we arrived, but when we picked him, he looked wonderful and was calm. The groomer said he did very well - that was a total surprise as I thought he would be very hard to handle. They did a wonderful job to de-shed his thick coat and he feels so soft. I will definitely continue to take him to these nice people.

Pawsome experience! I bring my long coated dogs there on a regular basis. They are so happy to see the friendly staff. They come out tail wagging, clean and happy!!! Of course they stop by to see their favorite receptionist and I add a new toy onto my bill for them to take home. What fur person could ask for more after a day of pampering, bathing and a new toy!! All paws up for the best grooming salon in Southern California!!

Today was our first experience getting our dogs groomed here & we absolutely loved it. One of our dogs has pretty bad separation anxiety, and Jorge assured me that they were used to handling all types of behaviors. The grooming is excellent-my boys look great and they are so happy! The facility is calm and clean. Everyone there is super friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy being there. I booked our next appointment and am so pleased to have found such a caring place to take my boys for grooming!

We have patronized Alta Pet Grooming for over 3 + years. Our 6 year old female Perisan cat “Ovie” has always received excellent grooming services. She looks Beautiful and ready to show. The Cat Groomer is the BEST Groomer we have ever had over the course of 45 years of owning Persian cats. The Staff is very professional as well as friendly and kind to us and our Cat. The cost is reasonable and fair for all services. Also, they groom dogs too.! Once you’ve tried them they will be your Groomer too.

Love Love Love Love them to pieces. Took my 2 precious babies to them. They were amazing. When I drop them off they aren't skittish. I love .. they have my business for life and did a great job on my kitty cats.

The last grooming place I took my dog to, she was desperate to get out when I picked her up and had welts from the hair dryer getting too close to her skin. At Alta Pet she came out calm and happy, plus they did a great job grooming and deshedding. Her coat looks and feels great. I only wish I had found them sooner. And they didn't have a weeks-long wait. I called on Tuesday and took her in the next day. They also have competitive pricing, not the lowest out there but well worth what they charge.

I've been taking my dog here for grooming since 2013--in other words, it's only taken me ten years to write this review! My dog is a bit shy and untrusting of other people, but she's always comfortable with the groomers at Alta as they always take such great care of her. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the prices have been more than reasonable for the longest time, and I'm able to get her teeth scaled there as well. While there's been a recent increase in cost (everyone's fighting inflation, please show empathy), I still find it to be both a better value and quality of service than most other places. Best part? Every time I pick her up, they wrap her in a new bandana. If you're looking for a great place to take your dog for grooming, this is it.
