I went in to get a full inspection of my 2013 Honda CR-V LX and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alonso and the entire staff were extremely professional and answered my questions honestly. I've rarely walked away from a mechanic feeling as comfortable as I did using their shop. I will be using them for all of my car needs in the future.

Their RepairPal certificate is a sham. RepairPal says the average cost for A/C service is $100. I was quoted $220, that's without them even looking at my car. I walked right out the door and across the street to Al & Lees, and they quoted me $89.95. DO NOT SHOP AT ALONSO'S. This is a scam shop.

I found Alonso’s through yelp and they had amazing reviews! I was not disappointed. I called Thursday hoping to get an appt for the following day and luckily they had an early morning time slot. I came in and they assisted me very quickly. I came in because my car’s hood sensor wouldn’t stop displaying that it was open. While they were trying to figure that problem out, they discovered that I had a leaky water pump. I’m so grateful they discovered that because an overheated car would’ve been a really bad situation for me in the long run. Would’ve caused major damage to my car. They fixed my car same day which I didn’t expect. They really made me a priority! The staff, the technicians were very professional and nice! The so isn’t even close to where I live, I will definitely come back because they fully deliver on customer service and workmanship. Thanks Alsonso’s for everything!

I’ve taken multiple vehicles to Alonso‘s over the years. Spent thousands of dollars…but I’ve taken note that it seems like every time I’ve gone there recently, they always seem to find something extra that needs to be fixed.
Dropped off my vehicle for some recommended maintenance. Ended up not getting the work done because they called me with an estimate of $2200.
I noted in their recommendations that the engine air filter be replaced with an estimated cost of $191. For a part that costs $25 and takes about two minutes to replace.
The recommendations also noted something about the brakes. I just had the brakes done for this vehicle at Alonso’s two months ago… And my wife, who routinely drives this vehicle, swears up and down that the brakes are squeaking
Hard not to feel like you’re being ripped off.

My husband and I have been going to Alonso’s auto repair for a few years now. They do an excellent job on our cars and have the best prices! They are timely, kind, reliable and have integrity! We recommend them to all our friends and family. You don’t need to go to another mechanic. Alonso’s will take care of you! Thank you all for everything! Have a blessed week ?

I got a Pre-Purchase Inspection at Alonso's without ever stepping foot in the shop. Lexus dealership charges $400+ for a full PPI and Alonso's did it for around $100! They were fast, professional, courteous and the best part was that they shared the full inspection results with me electronically! Navy helped me and was so great and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very bad experience, they are supposed to check you out to do a good job and we came out worse. Staff has no experience in something that is part of their job. They made us lose more than a day and spend more money. We had to return because they didn't do the job. What they promised us, I would not recommend it in my experience regarding the brake system.
