I am from out of town visiting family, and throwing my son a highschool graduation party. Went in early this morning to the deli to see if they could get a small sandwich platter done by this afternoon.
The staff was extremely rude, and said nothing but 24 hours in advance, which is comical, it's a small platter and it's sandwiches for goodness sakes. Called Vons and they said they could accommodate the last minute requests. Taking my business somewhere else because customer service was on point

This was the worst starbucks experience. For starters, she told me they were out of energy drinks, after I already paid for one. She asked what drink i’d like instead. I asked for a pink drink with extra coconut milk. She put too much açaí base and didn’t shake it well. It was extremely badly shaken. As a former barista, she was just being lazy. I tried to tell her nicely she didn’t put enough coconut milk so she just gave some on the side. Very rude and lazy service. Not the first time either. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be wasting my money here ever again

Suzan H is THE best! She helped us at the Starbucks and was all by herself, slammed, and still had such a warm, cheery disposition. As she was making drinks she was telling us about the promotions going on in Albertsons and once we ordered she upsold us to a grande so my daughter could get a pastry!

The deli lady sucks !!! Very rude !! I've been here multiple times every time she's there she's very nasty doesn't want to stop what she's doing to help you get deli meats, when I told her what I wanted she looked at me super nasty and said ok whatever like did this lady just tell me that I was so mad another customer noticed me and calmed me down and said she is always that way I said it's not fair wtf she doing here then, Albertsons you either need to train girl or fire her ass !! Other then that the store is nice and clean other staff I've encountered have been very nice.

After visiting Target and not finding what I was looking for which was heart-shaped Valentine's Day candy, I thought of Albertsons that happens to be across the street from Target. Jackpot for me! I was on a mission in search for my heart-shaped candy LOL. I was focused and didn't allow anything to distract me. I know how I can be when it comes to shopping. I have a tendency to wander and other items catch my eyes and I give in at times LOL. I call it weakness LOL. Anyway, this store was bright and clean. I didn't have to walk too far into the aisles to find what I was looking for. I got lucky and found a heart-shaped box with Ghirardelli chocolates that happen to be heart-shaped. Yes, I hit the jackpot indeed. It had a price tag of $16.99 which I thought was very pricey. However, it had a 50% off sticker on it which would have been $8.49ish... still pricey if you ask me. I was hesitant to get it so I walked out without buying it. Then I called my youngest daughter because it was for her class party. After speaking with her, I didn't want to go scavenger hunting for heart-shaped chocolates since Valentine's Day was already over and not knowing which stores still have Valentine's candy. So I did what my intuition told me to do, walk right back into Albertsons and buy that Ghirardelli heart-shaped box of chocolates LOL. I had to bite the bullet and pay $8.49ish for the chocolates. Well, lucky me again, it turned out that it was 50% off of the already 50% off times 2. Yes, if you did the math right, it was just a little bit over $2. WOW and SWEET... I was surprised and pleased at the same time. I could have bought 3 more boxes for the price of $8+ that I was willing to pay for, but I didn't. Just got the one box. Thank you universe for looking out for me! Thanks Albertsons for the great discount! Thank you staff for your great service! P.S. Before I went to the cashier, I found a one dollar bill on the floor. I placed it into one of those donation boxes... you know what I'm talking about. This was before I found out about the great discount I was about to receive. Good deeds have greater returns ten fold... I believe it! I am grateful. Always do your best. Thank you!

I shop here because it close to home. The price to is the same as other grocery stores. The only issues I have is with Papayas and Plantains.The papayas never ripe nor do the plaintains; They go bad on me. I gave up on them so I don't buy them here. The staff is normally friendly and willing to assist or answer any question. I'm glad they opened the self checkout but sometimes that takes long too. The store is clean. I like all the desserts displayed always looks tempting.We use the online order and pick up service. The service is so helpful since one of our family member has difficulty walking.
