ACE has gone down hill recently. Every time I call in a refill, I am told the doctor is not responding to my refill requests. That seems funny since it NEVER happened in the past and it is the first time I called - why would ACE have contacted my doctor BEFORE I asked for a refill. I think after 10+ years, we will be going elsewhere soon.

This is a great pharmacy! Their OTC medications/vitamins are reasonably priced, they do everything they can to make prescriptions affordable, and they're a fabulous staff! Prescriptions are ready quickly. Pharmacist Richard is very knowledgeable and will take his time with you. Wish more pharmacies were like this!

This is the best pharmacy in the area. Richard and his staff are quick, courteous and great at letting you know what's happening with your prescriptions. I was a long time Walgreens customer, but got tired of their poor customer service. I'll go nowhere else from now on.

This pharmacy is great! Richard (the pharmacist) and the staff are awesome. He always patiently handles problems that I sometimes encounter with my insurance and refill issues with my doctor. Not to mention the service is super quick! Overall, great pharmacy, great pharmacist, and great staff!

I really like this pharmacy. They are quick and filling my prescriptions here is a lot cheaper than filling it at CVS or even Walmart. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist gives me all the information my Dr doesn't mention. I appreciate that. Not only that but when my Dr's office has failed to call in my refill they offer to reach out to my Dr with a request. Only downside is they are closed weekends but overall my favorite pharmacy. I will be using this place for all my prescription needs.

By far the worst service ever. The pharmacist if a racist. So I go into the pharmacy to fill a prescription that I received from my out of town doctor prior to my cosmetic surgery. He proceeds to tell me that the medication is not in stock. When I asked when will it be available he says well I'm not going to fill it because you could have wrote this your self since your a nurse! Me being a nurse has nothing to do with anything. I'm wanting to fill a prescription provided to me by a doctor for a procedure that will be taking place. He then says well most people of your kind will fake prescriptions to get meds. I agree. Very nice staff and very fast. Smaller is better more personalized unlike Walgreens etc. Convenient location on Foothill and positive environment as well. Highly recommend them. Very efficient.
