Sam and Rylee are phenomenal with customer service and helping get the job done. They were reliable and true to their word. They made sure to honor my service to this country and did all they can do to help bring down the expenses of the service to my car. I would def recommend this ammo and if I have any issues with any of my cars this is where I would come.

I called earlier today and spoke to the center manager the shop is looking technicians to service customers vehicles. The person took my name and phone number. Said that he was tied up with customers. This was about 9am. Since I didn’t hear back I called the shop again at 1:40 pm and Sam answered the phone. I said I was calling back again and Sam abruptly hung up the phone. They advertised for someone who had the skills which I have decades of experience. There’s something wrong at this shop.

They were so nice and helpful, my car couldn’t reverse or go forward. Other places said they weren’t sure if it was fixable, then I came here and they did a really good job with the repair. It runs soo good now.Service: Transmission

I highly recommend aamco at upland.They did great work with my gf’s transmission and decided I should bring my transmission issues over to them. I was tired of going to shops where they couldn’t diagnose the problem and only kept wasting my time and money. Here at aamco uplandThey were able to trouble shoot diagnose and repair my transmission issues with relative ease and appropriate time. Took my truck in for a transmission problem that 2 other shops wouldn't or couldn't fix. Sam, the office manager, indicated they would do the best they could to fix my problem .They had my truck fixed in 2 days . Runs great . The price was extremely fair . The service awesome . The staff great. Give them a try and see what I mean . Thanks guys .

Came in at 8 AM sharp to get a very quick car code reading to see what the issue was with my vehicle and why my check engine light was on. Keep in mind there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there. The guy behind the desk said that he could not do it because the garage was already full with cars they were already working on, I told him that's fine, I just need a quick reading, he still refused and then told me that I'd have to leave my car with them. I've been to many AAMCO's (including this one) the employees always walk out with me and give my car the quick reading without hesitation. Not sure what the issue was this time or why the employees solution was to drive to AutoZone to get the car code reading, very strange and very unhelpful.
