Horrible customer service counter help was wonderful the insurance agent was very nice to start with he tells me to call him the next day about a mileage problem , I have about 10 messages and he does not respond I am leaving this company. They do not care about people

I had the best experience here with a woman named Jessica. My daughter and I had been having issues with showing proof of insurance to our credit union. We kept sending it in and it wasn't the right thing or it wasn't good enough. They ended up charging my daughter 4,000 to her loan for not having proof of insurance. I went in and talked to Jessica and she knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue. She called them directly and took care of everything. It was such a relief to have it done with. I walked out of there feeling extremely grateful. Thank you again Jessica and AAA.

Came here for DMV services.the lady did not want to help. She might as well be working for the DMV. Useless. Stay away from the upland AAA.

I had AAA about 50 years, I no longer drive, I am 89. During that time I have been sitting at a signal (red) 3 times when rear ended. Never a problem, always easily handled and everyone was treated fairly and respectfully. They have towed me, they have replaced a battery, they have changed tires and they have opened my door when my dog knocked my keys out of my hand as the door closed, locking me out of my car. I had my phone in my pocket and did not have my insurance card number but they were there in 15 minutes. Always courteous and prompt. The price was reasonable, and service was always prompt, I would have been a customer longer except when I was young I married a man with a DUI. When I was notifying them I would be changing last name and address the agent checked his driving record & told me about the DUI & that they would not insure him due to the DUI and I would have to be canceled. He advised me to change insurance in order not to have an insurance cancellation on my drivers record, because that would cause me to have to pay more on insurance. I appreciated that advice, should have reconsidered the marriage, it did not last, when I divorced him I insured with AAA again. I still have my Renters & Flood Insurance with AAA.

Came in for a simple passport photo. Waited 20 minutes to have the lady saY the printer out of ink. Ignored for another 10 minutes, so I left. No interaction from the check-in lady. 51 year member, service is not what it used to be. DO better AAA.

They need people with more training I went for a title change because I herd if your a member you don’t have to go to the dmv to do a title change so I went to the upland aaa office with the pink slip in hand and she was charging me 1k and some change because of the registration renewal and vehicle tax I asked her how much did the seller put he sold it for she said 1,500 so it didn’t at up to what she was telling me 1k and some Change for a title change and registration renewal I went to the DMV and the total came out to 348 with registration renewal and title change be careful what they charge you for the price they gave me didn’t match up to the DMV I’m not saying all aaa offices are like that but that’s my experience in this particular office

The agent lied about her name she said her name was Florida . Have been with AAA .2 years now and never have experienced such poor service.’The date was 7/17/23 I went to verify my mileage and was told that I needed a special form I tried to pay my membership fee I was told to come back next week to pay it They told me they have no record of any letter being sent to me so I called Monrovia AAA and I was told that there was no worker name Florida that served me today in Upland so in conclusion, the agent, so-called Florida was just too lazy to do her job tomorrow I will complain to corporate about this situation

I was seen in less than a minute by Suzanne to get my car registered. She was so helpful, friendly, and provided me with exceptional service. She also caught a mistake on my paperwork that would have caused me to pay $250 more had she not caught it. I'm so thankful she was assigned to me today and really helped me save my hard earned money.

I visited this AAA in their temporary facilities and they were just as organized as they usually are in their regular building. As usual the staff was efficient and polite! And, of course, they resolved my issue!
