Placed an order on the 7now app, and the cashier was extremely rude. He yelled at my wife and I both because he demanded the name for the order to be big (the app doesn't do this) and refused to look where we pointed at the name, up until he suddenly grabbed and took the phone and started touching it.
There were several minor things too like touching the inside of the slurpee and missing items, but the worst part was the yelling and taking. Many cashiers can't comprehend the 7now app having a small name on display and we couldn't make it bigger to stop his yelling

Consistently rude cashiers who make unnecessary comments on your purchases. Very uncomfortable vibes, avoid this place.

Stopped by at 9pm on a weekday to buy some lottery tickets. I'm looking at their lotto tickets, and the cashier dude starts mumbling at me. I asked him what he said, and he stepped back and called over a different lady to help me. I need a few for my employees, so I go back to looking and the two start talking again, looking at me laughing at me and clearly talking sh*t in a different language. At this point, I just want to leave so I ask for 10 tickets, the girl tells me you have to buy something. Okay whatever, I turn around to grand something. At that point, a younger customer came in for a bottle of water and he got the same treatment. The young man stood up for himself and said, "you know I speak your language right? I understood what you just said about me." The clerk was rude and just tossed the water bottle at him. If you don't mind rude, unprofessional, and classless service, this is your joint.

The older man with gray hair and a turban, Singh I believe, got bold and rude with me over .8c and refused to let me just pay with my debit card, trying to force me to buy more. I calmly refused, demanded my cash back, and left.Seeing other reviews mentioning this man shows that he is a reoccuring problem. This man needs a reality check, but I'm sure that he is the owner, and I will not be returning.

Guy at the front thought he was being funny. He told me to pay for the girl behind me because I'm a man. Bro I don't even know her but now he made it awkward so I just paid for her. He then started flirting with her. Bro give me my $6 back

I would give zero stars after tonight’s experience. The older clerk with gray hair and turban was such an unpleasant jerk to me. And raised his voice at me after I PAID for my items when I asked for a bag - he proceeded to thrust out his hand at me demanding ten cents. I also feel like he was racially profiling me. Treating me like I was below him. Rolling his eyes and all!!!! He proceeds to just throw the bag at me after I gave him the ten cents which I had no problem doing. But he was just so rude and for what???? Didn’t even ask me if I’d like a receipt. Just bad service I always come to this 7 eleven but I won’t come back if I see him. Beware of this dude. So sour and left a bad taste in my mouth. By the looks of these reviews seems he’s an ongoing issue. Not someone you should have representing your store. Really bad look. Yuck.

really weird guy at the register. he charged me 10 cents for a bag and then refused to give me one and called me a bag, i saw him looking at me put in my pin for my card too, and then he stole my vape at the counter and i didn't notice and i saw him reach behind the counter and he gave it back to me. just really weird vibes. i was just trying to buy beer and an energy drink lol

2023-10-11One of the few places one can buy gift cards (cash only) but I'm not going back because the dude behind the counter wants me to take off my pandemic mask for some unknown reason.It doesn't make sense, since I've been in there maybe 100 times over the past 4 years - and been able to buy something - while wearing a pandemic mask, including to buy gift cards in 2023 April and 2022 December.I'll buy gift cards for friend's and family's birthdays somewhere else from now on.
