In the 2 most recent visits I've had a cashier that makes the experience unnecessarily difficult.
The first time he made a face and some comment when I asked for my receipt because I wanted to make sure my change was correct.
The second time he didn't want to give me the drink that comes with the 2 slices of pizza bc I didn't bring it to the counter. I asked for the recipe and he just wanted to keep arguing. He literally didn't want to look at the receipt which showed he charged with the special, whether I brought it to the counter or not. I was already annoyed at this point.
Then, he decided to tell me how to act and what I need to do in my personal life.
Maybe hire people with better customer service skills and the ability to understand how your specials are charged.

I come to this 711 only because its the cleanest. My experience is more enjoyable when the girl with the glasses is working. She gives great customer service, you never will wait long in line when she is on the register. Super friendly and makes you feel welcome too! 100% best customer service.

Had a free medium slurpee on my account. Had the mango. Love the flavor as I am a mango fanatic! The new cashier young lady was very nice. She has great customer service and was verifying my purchase to make sure it was correct. Got my lottery tickets. Recommend highly this store!

Girl with long curly hair with sunglasses and a hat was sooooo freaking rude !!!!!!! She had no goood customer service was rude talking to the people in front of me and thought it was just the customers but when she helped me it was obvious she was in a mood. Never again going to this 7/11

My compliments to Maria, not sure if she’s a new staff but she’s been there the last couple of times I’ve gone in for coffee. She’s friendly, personable and I’ve observed her to be a good worker. I’ve shopped at this 7-11 on and off for many years and my experience hasn’t always been pleasant. Thank you, Maria for changing my perspective and experience.

Come here all the time. Staff is great, a whole variety of things offered at this location. My biggest issue and the main reason I will no longer be spending my money at this location is solely because the location of the ATM machine. My money was stole from my account after using there machine. Tried to tell the lady what was going on. Was told that wasn't anything she had control over. I told her I'm letting you know your customers are being scammed. Things seemed okay, however yesterday I needed cash and I had faith that I was going to be okay. Nope while out shopping in the city of Pasadena someone was at a bank of America ATM machine trying to steal my money.

This location advertised that they participate in cash apps add paper cash feature when I drove 5 miles to be there wasting my time and gas I was told they won't do it after 10pm. The cashier was combative and rude and dismissive about the inconvenience and false advertising I would give it a zero rating if it was possible
