I came to 5.11 store to buy my husband a birthday present, and I had a fantastic experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing excellent assistance throughout my visit.
I was particularly impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff were, ensuring I found the perfect gift. Their knowledge and customer service made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Well organized and stocked store they carry popular sizes that usually get bought out first. They must restock frequently. Very friendly customer service.

A little pricier than I expected but I'm sure it's because the quality is so good. You get what you pay for!!! Customer service was outstanding and they had so may sizes and different options to choose from!!

I'm a watch collector and i Tried to try on a watch to confirm my buy, and the guy said I can't try on the watch unless i buy it. He clearly doesn't know how to sell a watch... very disappointed and a lost opportunity..

Everyone at the Upland store is great, very helpful. Always great selection, and the merch is so well made. Decided to purchase the new PT-R Inure Runners, instead of going the way of Adidas or Nike. Love the shoes. Thanks

I get that in todays era people get profiled by the way you look, but as a bail enforcement agent for 5 years, dude inside looked at me like I was crook. Decided not to shop there. Chino hills location a little more welcoming
