I used to love this store but it has become incredibly overpriced and disappointing. Some of the employees are rude and unhelpful. In the furniture area, the items just stack up outside which is sloppy. For instance, the dog kennels are filthy at $30 - getting weathered and underneath tons of other items in bad condition. The furniture inside is outdated and astronomical. You could buy new furniture for the same price. It's absolutely nuts. To top it off, there is no air conditioning in either building. There is a CA law against working in temperatures over 82 degrees but that doesn't seem to matter. This makes it miserable as an employee and a customer. There is so much stuff - I wish they would clean it up and sell at a reasonable price. I'm not saying that there aren't good deals or awesome merchandise - there is always a great find.

Great thrift store with great prices for a great cause. Love to come and see the seasonal displays. Always find a fun new unique treasure here. Very reasonable prices!

Way over priced. Used Converse High Tops for $27.99. A thrift store should be 50% or more discounted from retail not 20%

I find something I haven't seen before every time I shop there. It's like going to a treasure chest.

A lot of great deals at this location. Also very organized and clean. I love that the proceeds go to a good cause. I would highly recommend checking this place out. Also make sure to check out the building towards the back of the parking lot. It had overstock clothes and a lot of great furniture deals

Main reason to shop here: support a great cause! Also shop here for reasonable prices, variety of merchandise (constantly changing because of donations), items easy to locate with prices clearly marked, and courteous staff.

Great selection. Almost like a cross between a thrift store and an antique store. Unfortunately, a lot of their best pieces have NFS labels on them.

Went in today donated a 150 dollar scooter for defective knee, figured I would shop for some fake plants for a home I'm selling, all 5 of the fake 5 ft trees weren't for sale!!!!! And they weren't decorating anything just found them.laying around like other stuff, I would have given 40 or 50 bucks eack.....on one occasion the guy went to ask the Mgr about one and without even coming out from behind the wall the answer was no!!! Wth???? Do you not need the money??? Is this place some kind of write off scam? Didn't find the workers to friendly either.........in the future I'll give directly to the humane society of upland

I use to love this thrift store, I have been going there since they use to be in the old location. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. The previous prices were affordable and reasonable, but now everything is priced as a regular retail store, and it seems like they forget that everything is used and they are pricing as if new. The customer service is not the best, the workers can be rude, so don't be surprised if you don't receive a thank you or have a nice day.
