“the whole staff is freaking amazing! so kind and they put me on a few series! a phenomenal selection of comics and graphic novels. they don’t carry anything that dates before the store opened (2020 or 2021?). with that said, they have A LOT of boxes of content from the last few years.ps they have 3 walls of great pinball machines, my favorite is the medieval madness!”
“Just left. Bought some IC-2000 and kicker. I wanted to say "thank you" to whoever it was that anwered my questions about Mr. Surfacer products. The bearded gentleman at the computer. He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “Great time at the Funko Shop. We inadvertently saw this place on our way to the Hollywood walk of fame and ended up parking across the street. Metered street parking available along Hollywood Blvd. and side streets. The store is organized into different collections: Marvel, Disney, Horror, Harry Potter, DC, Gaming, Sports, etc...lots to see. I love the large human-sized displays they have around the store. Tons of photo ops with your favorite characters. As expected, lots of Funko Pop figures and merch for purchase. There is also an area where you can create your OWN custom POP Figure ($30). All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I would consider this an absolute must for any Funko fan, most others will find something (or character) they can appreciate in the store.”

“this is definitely one of the best RC shops. They have all kinds of cars and brands like traxxas and arrma. I went there to turn my traxxas rustler into an FPV RC car by using an FPV drone camera and mounting it onto the car and Armand was very helpful and nice. The customer service is outstanding i highly recommend this place.”

“So this store was pretty darn cool. It had a lot of fun stuff. Spent about a good hour in this store. Will totally come back soon. Employee said that they usually get shipments bi-weekly if I'm not mistaken. Do bring your wallet because you are going to want to spend if you like to collect or if you're feeling nostalgic. “I've been here twice and I've walked out a few times with a bunch of figures. I wish I grabbed the Cell figure from there. Other than that, this place is really great and the employees have always been friendly. If you guys want figures for a reasonable and good price, I recommend going to this store.”

“Children's Book World has the best selection of children's books anywhere. The staff is so welcoming. Getting up close and personal with authors and illustrators is a privilege. Watching Lisa Yee and Dan Santat banter about their latest book, The Misfits, was a treat. The first pages have me hooked. As soon as I have a cup of java in hand, I'll return to The Misfits. Thanks to Children's Book World for this (and many other) wonderful experience!”
“They have really good prices and their candy is not hold. They have plenty of Mexican candy and local. You can find different kinds of gummies in pounds bags. Also they have piñatas here and party supplies.

“Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”
“We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”

“I love this place. They have a wall trying to keep up with the latest comic books that I can appreciate. Not sure how to explain but if I wanted the 10 latests comics of a series, probably couldn't get it but they still have the latest comics. Apologies if I didn't explain that well. There's a ton of collectibles so if you're looking for a gift or anything to decorate your house, solid options here. Shirts are a lil too nerdy for me but they seem to have been made of solid material. Customer service is great. They've always been helpful while I've been here. Not sure about the prices but it's like the toys r us for comic book shops”
