When you hear the criticism in the reviews about the quality of customer service you get here. THEY'RE RIGHT. You have an ogre looking blonde woman who works cashier and she is just beyond miserable to be working and getting paid. When I asked her a question about a shirt, no exaggeration got no response from her. She actually walked away from me Haha. I wanted to ask another question and see if she would help at all. And she just said “Well if you have a problem with the shirt, my manager is right there’. Wow. Just wow. No accountability or any effort from this chick. The manager looks like a guy in charge of NOTHING. He sounded so defeated trying to assist me because Orge didn't want to. I guess even the title of manager gives you no authority these days.I really feel bad for the people who work here though because they really can’t hide their misery or lack of effort. I understand the attitude of working a basic retail job, but really? At the customers expense your acting like this? Yeah. Never again will I be coming back. Unless I see the staff change. Because the current staff is morally defeated.

I came here on Sunday July 24, 2022 and the workers that were working there were very rude to me. They were not kind whatsoever. They were not welcoming either. I had came to look around and I found a shirt that I wanted. So I proceeded to check out and there was two men at the checkout and one lady there. I got assisted by the girl and I paid with one of the older 100 dollar bills and I handed it to the girl and she asked the two guys to check if the bill was real or not (which is something they do everywhere), but the two men began to laugh and proceed to laugh and claim that the bill looked fake and they made me feel very uncomfortable about it because it seemed as if they were making fun of me. The guys proceeded to put it into the machine that checks if the bill is real or not and it was real.. The guys stayed quiet when they realized it was real and handed the girl the bill back (because it was real obviously).

If I am looking for Vans shoes, I like to come to Tillys. They have nice selections. Price is quite reasonable. The staffs are welcoming & helpful. It is the customer service that I keep coming back. The store is always kept clean & organized.

I'm so tired of these companies who do not care about their customers and have horrible systems of accountability. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter's first day of school. I would never spend that much on boots for myself but it was a special occasion and I wanted to do something nice for them. I order the boots and wait. The shipping company sends a text that the order was delivered, I look outside and they're not there. I call the shipping company (OnTrac who has horrible reviews) and they say they show them being delivered and I have to call Tillys. So I call Tillys and file a claim. I'm told the claims process is that they will contact the shipping company and ask about the delivery. OnTrac already claims they delivered it. So I wait 3 days for Tillys to send me an email that OnTrac said it's delivered and they're closing the claim. The whole issue is that they said it was delivered when it wasn't! So now I am out $200 and don't have the boots. I'm of course filing a dispute with my cc company but this is ridiculous. Either the driver said they delivered it to the right address when they didn't or they stole those boots. I won't be buying anything from Tilly's again.

This review is focused on the customer service we received. Lorena was really nice and inviting when we arrived. Checked in with us, let us know about the fitting rooms, and gave us space to browse around. We forgot a backpack while there and when we went back to look for it, Lorena had it behind the counter. She saw me and said "your backpack". I was so grateful, thanks!

3 employees working and not one of them offered to help. It was a Monday afternoon so there was no one in the store. Very disappointing experience from the staff.

The staff in this shop is so amiable and welcoming. Anya was so darn sweet to my little sister. She even added a personal touch to the spray, lol Such a simple thing, but it goes so well with the aesthetic of the store. It shows the staff actually care about the representation of the store and customer service. They work retail on a busy place and they STILL are so kind/patient so late! Thank you to you all! Everyone was so sweet, lol Thank you Anya~!

Was treated like junk and like i was bothering them when i went in all 3 times in two days, spent almost 300 bucks and it was like i was a bother to be in there... get some people who are actually glad to work there because the girls u have now are junk
