Hotel is elegant and staff is friendly, fast and efficient. Only feedback is seal the glass doors in the room for the winter time because the cold comes through at night will definitely save you on the heating cost and a light socket was coming out of the wall. Other than that lovely hotel.

Stayed there for a conference @NBCU. Convenient location. Nice staff. Spacious room. Clean. I only wish they have a bathtub. Limited choice of restaurants at the hotel and I am not a fan of fast food at City Walk— a perfect location for visitors of Universal Studios though.

Great hotel, service was amazing. Kids had a great time enjoying the hotel and the theme park.
