customer service is okay.this is one of the few stores that doesn’t take annual pass discounts. they are also hiking up the prices to a lot of brands. they don’t do anything about the annoying 8-14 year olds destroying the drunk elephant stall. what awful direction sephora is heading to. but seriously no discount. how awful

Very busy, very well stocked, there was everything with incredible brands, a great variety of products and the saleswomen were there if you needed them but they didn't "chase" you which is perfect ?Yes, I recommend it ??

i have not actually been in this store but i had a same day delivery from here that got cancelled by the driver without my knowledge or being notified at all on the last day of the sale. terrika (apologies if i spelled incorrectly) and samantha went above and beyond to call a manager at a sephora closer to me to get the items i ordered and still with the discount! i am so grateful, thank you again (:

the best customer service that actually know about what products they are carrying. I can say they have better customer service than any other sephora and ulta store in LA that I been to.

Amanda helped me and my sister the other day to color match us for a foundation. She gave us great customer service and took her time to find the right color and finish for our skin type. She was really nice and truly knows what the meaning of customer service is. You hardly get this type of treatment nowadays and that's why we truly appreciate it!

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work at Hot Topic across the way and I came here looking for foundation and liquid eyeliner. The lady that helped me I believe is named Andrea(she wrote it down and I still lost it ?), dark curly hair, a little tall, anyway, she was so sweet. I was clueless and intimidated because I’ve only been to a Sephora once and I didn’t buy anything I was with a friend. I had no idea what to look for or how, normally I get typical drugstore makeup that matches me best. I always got a tint too light so I was happy to get some much needed guidance lol. She was extremely helpful in giving me different suggestions and also respectful about my budget. Prices are a little high but I the quality is worth it in my opinion.

Closed at 7:50 instead of 9 pm. The hours of operation say 9 pm. Was almost kicked out when tried to walk in. Horrible. I really needed something. Bad location. Bad customer service.

I never feel comfortable in Sephora’s because the employees don’t acknowledge me nor do they try to help me and I always end up getting weird looks so I always stick to buying online, but I ended up going in store a few days ago, and they were so welcoming! As soon as I walked in they greeted me and they were being so helpful! I got helped by a WOC and she was so kind! She helped me find the product I needed and she made me feel very comfortable. I wish I had gotten her name! But all the employees were super kind and friendly. The cashier was also very lovely as well!
