customer service is okay.this is one of the few stores that doesn’t take annual pass discounts. they are also hiking up the prices to a lot of brands. they don’t do anything about the annoying 8-14 year olds destroying the drunk elephant stall. what awful direction sephora is heading to. but seriously no discount. how awful

I was excited to go Sephora because I received a gift card for Christmas. I was planning on buying full face makeup items. When I got there, I'm not sure what I did wrong because as I went into the Urban Decay aisle, one worker came up to me and asked if I needed help but she didn't sound nice about it. I said "no, thank you", she left and not 10 seconds later another worker approached me and asked if I needed help. She also didn't sound nice about it. I had about 5 different employees ask me if I needed help in a very short amount of time and all of them sounded very off. Finally, after I found a lipstick shade that I liked, I was talking to my friend about it, and another worker came up to me and was like "Can I help you?" I told her I couldn't find the lipstick shade for purchase and if she could check for me, if there was any chance it could be in the back and she instantly got defensive and said "No, we don't keep anything in the back." She stared me down. It felt like she was treating me like a thief. I felt incredibly targeted, and the workers were hostile. I ended up going to the Sephora at the Burbank Empire Center. The staff there were great and incredibly kind and helpful. A stark difference to the treatment I had received. STAY AWAY from this Sephora. Especially if you're excited to buy anything, their hostile and rude customer service will ruin the experience.

I came here to get a long Christmas list for the wife and other family members. I was frankly pretty lost, but I was fortunate to get assistance from a really nice and energetic little person, I think her name was Amanda h. Who was helpful finding the items and making suggestions. Amanda made it easy and I was able to get all the stuff on my list quickly. I'd definitely come back here again. Thanks Amanda for being kind and very helpful.

Amanda on 12/6/23 acted very rude and unprofessional while I was attempting to locate the associate that first helped me as I walked in. When advised Amanda that I was looking for the rep that helped me she looked at me very confused and when I asked her if she knew what a sales rep was she got very nasty and requested the manager as if trying to get me kicked out!!! One of the managers a young handsome Hispanic gentleman defused the situation and helped me through my perfume purchase! I am in customer service and I would never treat any of my customers like Amanda treated me! I will Never shop here again!!!

Staff was rude and didn't want to help. I was looking for something specific and could have used a helpful hand. The TARTE display was messy and not well stocked.

Just asked for a perfume sample at Sephora and they said no. Not sure how we're all gonna decide on which gift to give this year but the lady was far from helpful.

Excellent service and attention to my purchase from the super friendly curls lady and because it was my birthday she gave me a gift product, making me a pleasant purchase.

Very busy, very well stocked, there was everything with incredible brands, a great variety of products and the saleswomen were there if you needed them but they didn't "chase" you which is perfect ?Yes, I recommend it ??

The parking at this location is a nightmare. Took me 40min to park last time and this time it's hell again. It's $30 bucks to park 10min walk to this store. Then the parking people send you to another garage: "it's left then right left left look for a sign go around the corner right right and three lefts you can't miss it". Ended up back on the freeway twice. I sound like a grandma but I'm actually an amazing driver who never gets lost. This store is located in the heart of the tourist trap. Just paid another 30 bucks just to exchange a fragrance. They do have a 15 min drop off area but if you're 1min late you get a parking ticket. Last time the parking guy gave me the option to park closer for 90 bucks. Yep you heard that correctly that's 90 bucks to park your car. After certain hours or before certain hours parking is 10 bucks somewhere around here but I'm yet to find it. The store itself looks like a generic Sephora although it seemed busier.

Joey was possibly the best Sephora’s rep I’ve ever come across and we’ve been to stores around the world! His customer service is superb!!! He is making the company look good. He needs a promotion! Thanks for the great service and experience.

i have not actually been in this store but i had a same day delivery from here that got cancelled by the driver without my knowledge or being notified at all on the last day of the sale. terrika (apologies if i spelled incorrectly) and samantha went above and beyond to call a manager at a sephora closer to me to get the items i ordered and still with the discount! i am so grateful, thank you again (:
