I love popcorn! But this store only had 4 flavors that you could create a bag with. It sticks that the jalapeno cheese was discontinued and the buckets! But what I did purchase was good.

Are you looking for a quick snack to munch on while exploring Universal's City Walk or to bring back to the hotel? Look no further than Popcornopolis! Popcornopolis is located at Universal's City Walk near the end of Universal's City Walk towards Universal Studios Hollywood. It's right next to the Crepe restaurant! As soon as you walk into the store, you can immediately smell the popcorn and the aromas from the candy decorated apples! Popcornopolis offered the following popcorn flavors Kettle Korn Caramel Corn Cheddar Cheese White Cheddar Classic My favorite is always the Cheddar Cheese! It's so yummy and delicious! The team members were helpful too when we had asked which type of popcorn has the most husks and which ones to avoid! There were also Candy Apples to buy! It was so difficult! They all looked so scrumptious! Some of those flavors included the Chocolate Caramel Apple, Rocky Road, Turtle Caramel Apple, Chocolate Almond Caramel Apple!! Great place to stop for a quick snack and not too expensive either! I ended up buying some popcorn to bring back to Las Vegas.

This review is on Popcornopolis, the company, not this location. I bought a $99 box of popcornopolis mixed popcorn through my godson's school as part of a fundraiser. It was ALL stale. I had given out bags as Christmas gifts and was embarrassed when people started opening them and it was stale. My godsons mom said her popcorn order was stale too. The expiration date was late February 2024. Popcornopolis would not replace the box or give me a refund. I emailed them 3 times and eventually went to the corporate office in the City of Vernon with my box of popcorn and they STILL wouldn't replace it. They tried to blame the school because it didn't come directly from them rather than take responsibility. They FAILED to take accountability for selling stale popcorn. I will never purchase their popcorn again or recommend using them as a fundraising source. Extremely poor business practices for such a big name company.

I wish we could have tried the popcorn, it looked good. The store has 2 front doors! We walked in the unlocked left side and no one would serve us. They decided that they would only serve the right side. Seriously?! Lock the other door! At least put a sign on it!We made it to the other side and checked out the popcorn options (pricing was right there). The prices were much higher than we thought they would be, even for the shopping area of a theme park. I shrugged and said ok until I noticed the popcorn bags/containers. Look at the photos! All of the containers tapered off at a point at the bottom. You're overpaying for a normal square container to be given a pointed one! I'm guessing that you get 1/2 or less of the popcorn due to the way they designed the container. I realize that I'm overpaying for things in the area but I'm not ok with being taken advantage of. Popcorn is so cheap. This practice is not ok. We walked out.

Here you can not only get popcorn, but also baked sweets. The shop is incredibly colorful and has a beautiful window display, so it is incredibly crowded - so you have to expect a waiting time as a precaution.

First, I just want to say the popcorn is really good and freshly made. I really2 love it. That's why I gave 1 star because of the bad service that I experienced. I know everybody can make mistakes. The thing that upset me is the lady is giving me attitude. I ordered large popcorn worth of 9.99 and she said they only have regular $7.99 so I just order the regular $7.99 plus tax and I paid $20 and she gave me a change $2 ++ and I said I gave $20 and she insisted I gave $10 only and I requested to review the camera, because she's putting me into shame! If I only have $10, why would I order the big pop corn in the first place?! I just want to reach out to the manager to avoid this incident to please train your staff to do the proper standard operating procedure handling cash. Every time they receive cash, they have to declare it (I received this amount $...) so both sides can agree if it's correct or not before opening the cash drawer.

This is a great location at Universal CityWalk, right at the end of the strip before entering Universal Studios. It's one of many shops that serves desert/ goodies, along with crepes, ice cream, pretzels, candy and donuts. The staff are always helpful here. I usually stop by but not for popcorn, I love the candied apples here. The Carmel, Peanut, Granny Green Apple are my favorites. You can box it whole or have it sliced. Sometimes the line is out the door and some days you can walk right up to the counter. Bright, light music in the background and the smell of sweet buttery yum yum fills the air.

Great service and better popcorn Many flavors to choose from; we liked the caramel and salty ones. Well decorated location and the smell is appealing for partying with popcorn. Price reasonable, recommended.
