“I come here sometimes when I make a trip to the theme park and it’s always a good time. I was there yesterday to buy a couple things and the employee that checked me out at the counter was super nice. This location is a pretty decent size compared to others and has a lot more merchandise than most hot topic locations I’ve been to and the friendly employees is just a plus. If you’re ever at the theme park or just want to hang out in city walk, this is a great place to stop!”

“I walked in not expecting to find a Christmas present but lone behold I found the best one for my significant other. Vince was kind to ask only once if I needed help and left me alone to browse and when asking for a specific size he wasn't bothered to look, every time I have been in that store I have felt like the gentleman have been trying to up sell or get me to buy something I didn't want. He was helpful, professional, and offered products not advertised on the posters (my embroidered chef hat) giving me a great deal on a picture/wording! I'm so glad I stopped by today to grab a last minute gift I will be going there for my future hat purchases.”

“While there are lots of choices for beach wear, I've always been a fan of Billabong. They have neat designs and some of their clothing are made from recycled water bottles. While their prices have gotten more expensive over the years, I still enjoy their fit and the material they use for shorts and swimwear.This particular location at Universal City walk has some awesome employees. Helpful and fun to chat with. Their selection for what we were looking for was pretty good too.If you have a season pass for Universal Studios, you get a discount at this location.”
