I’ll preface this by saying that I HATE shopping. It’s stressful and exhausting. Today, I had the most spectacular experience at the Universal Citywalk Abercrombie. From the moment I walked through the door, I was offered help with finding the right fit for me. After that, when the items I loved were not available in my size or preferred color in store, their team spent the time to look each individual item up online and order it for me to ensure I was able to leverage their amazing sales! Thanks girls!

It is a typical Abercrombie & Fitch, just know that this is located in Universal CityWalk, so that means if you are gonna self park it's gonna cost you about $30. If you are only looking for a shopping center with Abercrombie go somewhere else. Service is pretty quick because nobody is really there.

Hmm, well the staff there were very friendly and attentive; however, the outerwear that I spent over $160 on (after discount) fell apart within a week. Literally, all 3 of the blazer buttons came off with me only wearing it maybe 3 or 4 times. I thought of A&F as a high quality brand, but... maybe not. I tried to return it by calling and chatting online on the website because I do not live near any A&F; however, I was unable to get in contact with customer support for a refund or exchange. I have no issue re-sewing the buttons on myself, but for a product that costs almost $200 retail, I really don't think anyone should expect to. The product itself looks very nice, I just question how long it will last.

The cashier I believe her name was Michelle as to what the other one told me when I returned because Michelle 02388023 . She closed the changing room at 6:30 pm when they are open until 9pm. She barely said anything to me , asked if I had a phone number with them And the energy of wanting to just go home. The last guy that helped us was way total opposite. I'm really bothered as I barely ever leave a review. She definitely worked me up to waist my time in posting this as I'm walking with my family and friends at the City Walk.

Ordered a jacket online for in store pick up. When I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. There was well over 6 employees and the store was empty as can be so there's no excuse as to why I received poor customer service. Thank god I asked to try on the jacket before I left the store because the censor was still on it! Horrible! Will never return to this store again.

Is this me or all Abercrombie & Fitch store smell the same? The same strong perfume? This one, located at Universal Citywalk had the loud music and strong perfume smell that you're used it, very familiar to the store. This time around, I welcomed it, since I didn't visit one of their locations in months!The store is huge, they have a marked entrance, with the way you should walk marked on the floor. One way! Hand sanitizer ready to go at the entrance. Decent merchandise, some OK-ish sales, the store is kinda of a maze and didn't see customer service people around. I didn't check out the whole place, either. But it seemed strange!

I posted this on my IG story and received a huge amount of replies so I thought I'd share here in case anyone felt inclined to repost + for people to know what kind of company they're spending their money at. Here are the facts: * I found a bathing suit online for my daughter that I wanted to purchase from Abercrombie & Fitch. It was sold out online in her size so I called the closest store to me that was open for in store shopping - Universal CityWalk Hollywood. * The person I spoke to told me the store didn't have it in stock, I asked her if there was a way she could check local open stores inventory. She told me she couldn't. I said ok and hung up. * I never gave her my phone number. I'm assuming she got it from caller ID? * Our phone call was 2 minutes long. 3 minutes later I got these messages. * I called corporate but there is no live person to speak to. Just a recording asking to email what happened. I can't imagine an employee being this irate. I truly hope they seek help as I'm pretty sure her invasion of my pricey is illegal
