5 STARS for CYNTHIA!! I can’t express enough how amazed I was with the level of customer service she gave. From the moment I walked in she greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She definitely represents the company extremely well. I wish there were more Cynthias in this world, nowadays good customer service is hard to find. She is definitely the reason I’ll continue being a Xfinity customer.

Very bad experience at this location,
First time I just ask the internet service,1 lady tell me if move own number to here will have 400 off for buy new phone and the cost is total 45 for 2 line and 500 mbps internet and 24 months , I ordered 1 phone but after 10days received,what she said was 2 day delivery,so I buy the new one at apple store.when I returned to store done,the system still charged the phone cost since no put in system and no any paper work for received the return,do not know if no camera here how to provide the phone returned.also when start transfer phone then the 400off is no more,total to this store 6times then finish the transfer, total 6 times told me 6 different prices.

I went here to discuss my service plan as I had an appointment. I was skipped over as the Service Rep. who was a black man decided to help someone else even though he was specifically told I was next. I don't what his issue was, except for my brother and I were black also and the person he decided to help was not.
We ended up being assisted by a youngvwomannamed Sylvia Rivas who was very nice and knowledgeable.

Title: Terrible Experience at Xifinity Location
My recent visit to the Xifinity location was a complete nightmare. The manager, who seemed completely indifferent to customer service, made my experience even worse. Not only was the staff unhelpful and rude, but the manager’s lack of professionalism was shocking. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your internet and cable needs.

The Staff is Very Professional & Friendly, and even when it is crowded with people, they Help You Out in a Orderly Fashion and are still very Respectful to the customers. A-1 Store & Customer Service at the Union City Location.

The service in this store is very bad. They have had many occasions that their customers have left without any more progress than they came in with. If they don’t want to help you they tell you that something isn’t working and they just try to sell you something else. We were very patient and waited for around an hour and all of the employees goes in the employees room to mess around. I can hear them all laughing and messing around. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place. It’s better to just go to another place

We switched over to Xfinity mobile from another carrier today. We appreciated the great service we received from Ndiah. She was very thorough and we had a few hiccups from the old carrier and she handled it all in a very calm and professional manner. We are happy we are changing carriers as we are saving money and have a more trusted partner in Xfinity now.

I would highly recommend xfinity I had an issue and called customer service and the lady who I spoke to was so nice and helpful it was quick and painless. She was very knowledgeable about the issue I had and understood that being older and these fangled phones can drive you crazy. Thanks xfinity for having someone so nice.
