Had an issue at home, water supply had be be shut down! Went to lowes and home depot and didn't even carry thr supplies I needed?! Time crunch for a customer that wasn't gonna be happy!! WHCI Plumbing supply company in Union City is the Solution! They had all I needed without wasting time at the local supply stores and finishing the job! Definitely my primary supply outlet!! Looking for a part for a garbage disposal and could find it anywhere. I was almost going to buy a new one. Then I went by WHCI Pluming Supply Co. In Union City they didnt have it but they went in back and took the part off a defected garbage disposal and GAVE ME THE PART FOR FREE! Can you believe that? it just don't happen in today's world. Thank you WHCI

I ordered a pump via phone, and they had a fair price. I also was pleasantly surprised they picked up my call on a really early morning before 8am. They answered my questions and allowed me to pay by phone (since I'm not local), so my plumber could pick it up. Convenient and professional service!

Great place with very high quality products. I'm not a pro and I just bought materials as an owner builder - they gave me good advice and they delivered several 20ft pipe sections for free. However - and the reason for four stars - sometimes the wait can be really long but what really disappointed me is the inconsistency in pricing. On a Saturday I bought some fittings. On the following Tuesday, I bought some more of the same and the price increased 40%. I don't mind spending good money for quality materials, but why has the price be so random...
