We switched our service from AT&A to Verizon hoping to have better signal and services on 2/2024. My wife and I had to go back today to follow up with unexpected higher bill than previously agreed. Our experience today was unbelievable disappointing and upsetting. We told them about our concerns. Jovanneh and store manager were very unprofessional and very rude. Jovanned told us that "You can go back to AT&T if you want" and the store manager told us that they don't normally dealt with billing and told us to print the charges but didn't bother to return. I am glad that I didn't signed for newer phone and stuck with services for long time. I don't recommend this store nor carrier due to under hidden charges, over promises under perform, and poor of customer services. I had superior customer services with my previous carrier. We are planning to switch to different carrier.

Adrian was super problem solver, helped me unlock AT&T phone to switch over to Verizon and he did it translating Chinese instructions. Great customer service 5 stars! Thank you!

I recently visited the store for a trade-in, but I had a very disappointing encounter with one of the young ladies working there. Her customer service skills were terrible, as she displayed a negative attitude and had zero communication skills. Not only did she treat me poorly, but I also witnessed her talking rudely to other representatives and even the person I was speaking to over the phone for clarification. This behavior greatly affected my experience and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope the management of the store addresses this issue and ensures that all their staff members are trained in providing exceptional customer service.

Came in to drop the trade in phone and it was a good experience talking to the technician. He was knowledgeable and quick in getting the job done. I also needed a physical sim for my phone and got it in 5 mins.Thanks Jovanni. Appreciate your help. Keep up the same customer service.

I'm never going there again, wasted our time, about 2 hours. We went there to remove myself from one plan onto another plan. How simple it was it turned out to be, but not before a young male worker helped us and knew nothing, absolutely nothing. We did exactly what he said and to wait 15 minutes to kick in. Then he never came back to us. Then an older male asked if we were ok, I said "15 minutes have gone by". For what? There was no need to do what we first did. He then showed us another way. Then the both of them started talking among themselves and then the young male worker gave us the number to call for assistance. The place was getting ready to close and we didn't have time to buy a new phone. We eventually got what we needed, by using our phones to call for assistance while other employees were sitting around on their phones (did I mention the store was getting ready to close?) We left disgusted. Never going there again.

The worse customer service ever. Mgr and rep were both rude and short. While installing a screen protector for my phone the rep cracked it and I was told to order a new one. The Mgr stated when I returned with the replacement I would be charged $30 to install it. Never will return

I went in to return some equipment and didn't experience anything negative like previous reviews at all. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped with no hassle at all. The employees that were helping other customers were all professional as well.

I came in with an issue regarding my billing, luckily I came across. Tori B. (Victoria) She's very friendly and helpful. She found it was an error in my billing and helped me fix it with the "loyalty team." She was even nice enough to let me use her personal phone. You went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I left a happy customer because I was stressed when I came in. Thank you for listening patiently and being understanding. The other staff are helpful. They all greeted me & other customers when we walked in. They do a great job noticing everyone & multitasking. Thanks yall.
