I went in to return some equipment and didn't experience anything negative like previous reviews at all. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped with no hassle at all. The employees that were helping other customers were all professional as well.

I drove 20 minutes only to be turned away and asked to return the next day because this location is "appointment only" after 5 (it was 5:30). The Verizon website made no mention of this, only that their hours were 10-6. Literally a waste of time.
