Both Naleema and Jocelyn were helpful, friendly and attentive. They asked follow up question which indicates for me that they care about what i need. They make everything easy. There wasnt a dull moment coz they constantly interact with us and the other guest as well. Very respectful. I will definitely come back on this location.

It’s been long due, I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me with packing my items securely and ensured everything was labeled correctly for shipping. Owner takes personal interest and goes extra mile to help support customers.
The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything I needed. They offer a wide range of services, including printing, notary, and mailbox rentals, which is super convenient. I was particularly impressed with their efficiency.
Special shoutout to the staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this UPS Store for all your shipping and printing needs. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

Passport pictures taken at this location were rejected by the US Department of State. They send my application back. The UPS store staff retook my pictures, however when I asked them to make sure it was correct the work would not lend me use a ruler to measure the face size (1 -1 3/8 from chin to top), that was the problem in the first place. No apology offered for my wasted time, I waited close to 45 minutes for the correction. And now have to spend another 10 dollars to ship from US postal service. I asked if they can ship out for me since it was there fault, lady said that is not our job since you shipped from US postal service. Seemed that the staff is not very knowledge. I would suggest this store manager ask the staff to work with one customer at a time rather than jumping around half done with one customer and starting another. Especially for important government documents. Don't recommend for official government documents or services they offer. Disappointed.

I had a very poor experience at this location when I went in for Live Scan services. I was made to wait in the back while others who arrived after me were attended to first. After waiting for around 25 minutes, an employee started processing my forms but appeared unsure of what she was doing, which concerned me. When a system issue arose, I realized it would take even longer to process my forms. I had another appointment, so I politely asked if I could return at a later time. The manager rudely interjected, "We need to make a phone call to make sure your information is correct; you need to wait." When I repeated my request, she rolled her eyes and said, "We already entered your information." I explained that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and needed to leave. She defensively replied, "That‘s not anybody's fault." I clarified that I was not blaming anyone but had not anticipated it taking this long and had somewhere else to be.
This was not my first negative experience at this location. I have been here two other times in the past year for Live Scan services. On one occasion, they failed to process my form correctly, resulting in it not appearing with the CTC. When I called UPS 10 days later to check on the status, they said they would look into it and call me back, but I never received any notification or even a generic apology.
I had previously recommended this location to friends and co-workers for Live Scan and other services. However, after this latest experience, I will not return and will not recommend this place to anyone. The manager is very unprofessional.

I had called by accident asking if they do large photos for a celebration of life service I was leaving the state for in 24 hours. Neeraj took my phone call and told me to come in before they closed that day. I ordered more than I thought at a very reasonable price. They got it done under 24hrs. I will moving forward always go here for my needs! They worked so diligently despite being extremely busy in the store. Best customer service I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. Make sure this is your choice for UPS needs.

Horrible customer service. The rep refused to scan QR code and said I have to pay for printing when the service clearly says I do not need to pay, all I have to do is present the QR code.
She had the audacity to say I have to pack any product other than Amazon, like excuse me? Supposedly, shes the so called manager there, wondering who thought she could be a manager!

Worst service ever. The Indian lady working there is very rude. She was denied taking my one package even if I reached there 10 min before closing. She took remaining 3 and asked me to come back tomorrow for 1. Her tone was really really rude

Before the ownership changed, the store used to have a copy machine that works (10c per copy). Now instead of fixing the copy machine, they are charging $1 per copy for all copies made.
This is what I call greed.

I've had a mailbox there for many years and have gotten to know both the previous owner (David) and the current owner (Neelema) quite well. While there have been changes in staff, the level of service and support has been consistent and very happy as a satisfied customer.
