The older Indian woman that works there throughout the week is extremely rude. I've gone there multiple times to return Amazon packages and she claims that the box is needed when the instructions state that the box is not needed. When I tried to tell her she kept shutting me down and saying I was wrong. This is not a one time experience. She does this almost every time and I've been going there for years since it's the closest location to me. You can walk in there with a nice attitude and she'll still be rude to you for no reason. Horrible customer service and just so unpleasant to deal with. She can take her anger somewhere else. No one wants to deal with an attitude like that. I've never been able to go in there and not have to deal with her disgusting attitude. I'll be switching to another UPS because clearly she's always there and it's not just her having a bad day or two. Don't even bother going to this location.

Two hard workers and a slacker. I've been to this store numerous times, and 2 workers (a tall young woman and man) there have been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Another worker named Jennifer fails to greet customers and is constantly on her phone, hiding behind the sales screen and smiling to herself, letting the other staff do all the work. I've seen this on a number of occasions. It's really frustrating to wait in line when a lazy worker is obviously not working. Kudos to the other employees, though, who remain friendly and professional. Management should really do something about the woman's unprofessionalism and poor work ethics, dragging down customer experience and increasing wait times.
UPDATE: My review reflects my experience over time, which I think is clear. There is no conflict with timing or employee schedules. This has been an issue for a while, and I finally got around to sharing.

The color copying machine makes really nice copy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All equipments are very new. Store really clean.

The UPS Store is not a UPS store. It is just a store that happens to ship exclusively by UPS. They do not honor UPS account numbers for shipping.

Very bad customer service. We took appointment for notary services and the person asked us to wait or come back later after 45 min. He says no guarantee for appointment.. which is ridiculous! There was another customer waiting too! Never go to this location.
