On Saturday around 4:30 PM, I went to get my Pixel phone fixed. They told me they were short on technicians and that it would be ready by 2 PM the next day. When I returned at 2:40 PM on Sunday, they said it would be ready in another hour and suggested I call before coming back. However, since my phone was in the shop, I couldn't call.
I returned again at 3:45 PM, only to be told it would take another 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes, and I finally got my phone at 4:45 PM. They kept blaming the delay on staffing issues, but they could have managed expectations better. I ended up wasting my entire Sunday, and I live an hour away from the store.

I went in for a Samsung Warranty repair on my A54 5G usb c port and the staff found I just had debris in the port, cleaned it and didn't charge me anything. Seems to be working properly now. Great service and super quick too.

Just took my phone in after driving to the location. Called on 3 previous occasions and no one answered the phone. My phone indicated a power source but wasn’t charging. I had a new phone with me and just wanted to transfer my data. Dude takes my phone in back for 5 minutes and comes back and tells me I can buy a new screen and battery combo $50 and It “might” work. I took the phone to the car and plugged in and Now, no indication of power source. I took it right back in and dude says he’s not gonna do anything about it and starts shouting and accusing me of trying to hustle him. Totally unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. This is the second place I took a phone to and they bricked it. It’s either intentional or they’re just not qualified.
