Needed floral arrangements for my BFF, and loving mother. Was quoted a package price, but it soon changed when the boss was there. In addition, I paid for an additional arrangement and was given a cheaper vase and charged for it but never got it. Who ever heard of a business not accepting cards? Outside of that they have great arrangements you just have to specify and check your order before leaving .

Good quality flowers. Does not except credit or debit. $14.99 for a mixed bunch. I like how they cut stems there and re wrap in tissue paper.

I had never ordered flowers for a funeral before and I called them as they were recommended for this area. The lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful and even though I called last minute she helped me and let me pay later. The flowers were delivered on time as I requested. We stopped by to pay in cash the day of the funeral because they do not take credit cards. This would be my only complaint with them. Ultimately still giving them 5 for the help and quick turn around on the service. Thanks for making a difficult situation a little easier. They are situated right by the Chapel of Chimes in Hayward.

Tom, the owner is awesome! The arrangaments are beautiful! Staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, caring & compassionate. The place is small. You need to keep your eyes open so you don't pass it by. They are located next to Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery (south side entrance), which makes it convenient to stop in, grab beautiful fresh flowers & go. Tom's Flower Stop handles all my floral needs! I have used them for party events. Must stop by or call to have flowers delivered to someone.

Swung by to pick up a last-minute birthday bouquet and the florist was so nice. We requested she mix together two chosen bouquets (baby's breath and carnations) and she charged us less money than the flowers we're originally priced because she told us we didn't need the whole bunch of it. For $27, we have a pretty huge bouquet and the carnations we bought are super fresh and firm. Excellent service too-- our florist made several jokes, smiled a lot, and wrapped up our bouquet with matching ribbon. Great experience at Tom's Flower Shop.

I stopped here after a recommendation from a funeral home to get flowers for my dad's service. I wouldn't have thought this roadside shop would have done large arrangements but they do! The staff was friendly and the flowers were fresh. It's still very old school with photos of past arrangements as their catalog. They did a great job.

This is a classic side of the road flower shop, definitely a gem! My husband and I were in need of flowers before meeting a close family friend and the woman who helped us did a wonderful job and arranged the bouquet in a lovely vase with a ribbon. Very pleased with the results. May they continue to stay blessed with abundance !

They don't take orders through the phone because they don't take credit cards.? They need to upgrade their payment methods, they are loosing customers to other Florist Shops!!!

My father passed 2 weeks ago, and we were looking for flowers for his funeral. I knew that Tom's Flower Stop was the way to go. Tom is involved in our local church (Our Lady of the Rosary), and his arrangements are always beautiful and cost-effective. Went in and looked through their binders with photos and chose my dad's flowers. They are so nice and friendly. They are doing the pallbearer boutonnieres for free. It's the little things and personal touch during such a tough time that really stand out to you. Support your local businesses!

We ran into this shop accidentally on our way to buy flowers the day before Valentine’s Day. We said, “why not try these flowers out and see how they are?”So we bought 2 dozen roses for my mom (since I had already bought my wife some from online using Bouqs), and the flowers from Tom are wayyyyyyy better than the ones from online, Costco, TJs, Whole Foods, etc. We’ve bought from them all.I attached a picture of the roses about a week after I bought them from Tom’s and they still look beautiful (and this is without my mom changing the water ever)
