Brought my car in for a tire repair, but office's front door was locked during business hours -- with no one in sight within the office. Went around to the back door and saw a staff by the shop's truck, but he'd mentioned they're not doing repairs for the day.
Service is definitely a hit or miss. For my case, it's the latter, hence the low rating.

Outstanding service from Thiel's Tire Service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have done the perfect service for my truck and had installed tires quickly. The work was done efficiently, and the prices were very reasonable. The team took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me tips on maintaining my tires. I highly recommend Thiel's Tire Service for exceptional service and quality work. Five stars and I'll be back for all my tire needs! ??

Tomas helped me here in Sacramento, he was very informative and gave me options on my situation. I got a nail in my tire and also a slash I hadn’t noticed, Tomas ordered tires for me and was able to get them swapped right away. The mobile service was very convenient, I was able to get everything fixed while at work. Thanks again Tomas!

The people here are very honest. I had tire puctures repaired on my car a few times already here. Their prices were very reasonable. Today, I went in and they just pulled out a shallow piece of metal from my tire. Since it didn't leak, they didn't charge even a penny! I was in and out within 5 minutes!

I've had a couple awesome experiences with Gerry at Thiel's and I've been nothing short of impressed with their service, prices, and kindness of everyone working there. I look forward to buying all my future tires with Thiel's, I won't go anywhere else from now on. See you in a few months Gerry and team! Or the next hole in my tire I suppose...

Went to them to get 4 A/T tires for my Jeep. Talked to Travis and he hooked me up with some Nitto tires. Came by the next day, got the tires installed and was on my way in less than an hour. Great service for decent price. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. Today I had flat tire and I searched in Google where to go and I got some good reviews of this place. I decided to give it a try which is pretty close to where I live, so I called them up and asked about the price to repair flat tire which was $32 flat price which is same as some of the reviewers mentioned. The guy Danny is a very nice guy and he was able to not only pull one nail from the tire, also he inspected thoroughly if there are any other. Then he suggested as my tire was old, below thread depths and lot of tears showed up, poor alignment and provided me options to reconsider patching or buying tire. I chose option one to patch and he did it very professionally. This tire center has lot of tools/machineries and they did a perfect patch. He also showed me that I have previous few patches too and he showed me. I bought these tires from Costco few years back and every 6 months I go for tire rotation and probably at one point they might have done some patching which I couldn't remember. But when I looked at the patch work Costco did v/s Danny did, it really surprised me. Danny did a very good job. I will recommend if any one have flat tire repair and close to the location, they are the best

Came here a couple of months ago for a nail in my tire flat repair. My tire was still slowly losing air and I’d still have to fill it every other day. I haven’t had to time go to a shop and the leak was slow enough to be manageable.Went to a different shop to inspect my tire and was informed that my repair was done incorrectly.My wait time before they got to my car was 45-1hr. It took about 30 minutes for the repair. I paid $32.
