“Located inside of island pacific market, small little kiosk on the left corner when walking in. Been going here for years, same nice Tita has been working there as long as I can remember. Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”

“Leaving this review because of Lashly. This is my go-to place for returns and it’s always been a breeze. I’m so glad they moved ‘coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there’s only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. It’s a hit and miss on other days…you might get a smile from the others (or not), but it’s a given when Lashly is around.”

“Jocelyn was great. I had to return a package and all I had was an email with a shipping label as an attachment. She helped me send the attachment to an e-mail address that would in turn send me a code that would allow me to print a shipping label. The process is a good deal more complicated than. returning something to Amazon through UPS and without her help I would have had a difficult time of it. The car arrived by road on a truck to Brunswick then by boat and I collected it in good condition in Belgium.
