“Not only is the customer service amazing they truly care about the customer. Ramon, I believe to be the owner, did my oil change and valve cover gasket for a great price last week and this week checked my car for free. He told me what was really going on with my car and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I use to work for Pepboys and I know when someone is trying to up-sell their service for no necessary reason. I truly appreciate his honesty with my husbands car and now mine. “Came here for tires change this morning with an appointment. In and out within one and a half hour, absolutely reasonable for changing all four tires. I hardly find any better labor price for changing tires than Walmart if buy tires from them. This is my second time have them mounted new tires on, and the work quality of this Union City Walmart met standard in my opinion. I am happy about their service.”
